Claims (6)
- 중수로 원자력발전소에 실시되는 연료관마개의 누설을 검사하는 장치에 있어서,상기 연료관마개의 누설 검사장치는,상기 연료관마개의 표면에 접촉하는 황동판(501)에 결합되는 압전형 음향센서(502)와 고주파마이크로폰형 음향센서(503);를 포함하고,상기 황동판은 측정하고자 하는 연료관마개의 종단부(500)와 동일한 치수로 가공된 종단부(505)에 체결되며,상기 가공된 종단부(505)의 중간 단턱부(505a)에는 핵연료교환기의 헤드부(508)에 체결되어 있는 그립부(506)가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료관마개의 누설검사장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가공된 종단부(505)의 일단에는 음향절연체(504)를 더 포함하여, 내부 음향신호의 감쇄를 줄이고 외부의 주변잡음의 유입을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료관마개의 누설검사장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 음향절연체(504)는 목재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료관마개의 누설검사장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 연료관마개가 설치된 상태에서 압전형 음향(Piezoelectric Type)센서(502)와 마이크로폰형(Microphone Type)의 음향센서(503)가 내장된 음향신호 수집장치(A)를 상기 연료교환기에 연결하여 상기 연료관마개의 종단부(500)에 접촉함으로써 연료관마개의 내외부에서 발생하는 음향신호를 동시에 측정할 수 있는 연료관마개의 누설 검사장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 연료관마개의 누설검사장치는, 상기 음향신호 수집장치(A)가 상기 연료교환기의 헤드부(508)의 그립에 연결된 상태에서 자동으로 연료관마개 누설신호를 수신하는 것으로 하는 연료관마개의 누설 검사장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 연료관마개의 누설검사장치는, 상기 음향신호 수집장치(A)의 종단부에 황동판(501)을 형성하여, 접촉매질없이 신호취득시 음향임피던스를 감소시키는 방식으로 음향신호의 수신효율을 증가시켜 연료관마개의 누설신호를 검사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료관마개의 누설 검사장치.
