상기 여과부재(43)에 붙어있는 이물질을 제거한 후 정상압이 되면 초기 정상 작동과 동일하게 작동되게 되며, 이때 오프되어 있는 작동밸브(B1)(B2)가 온 되고 온 되어 있던 작동밸브(B3)(B4)는 오프된다.
