Abstract
본 고안은 건축물의 난방을 위한 패널히팅의 공사중 소음의 전달을 저감시키는 죠인트필라테이프와 외벽방수층 보호용 완층시이트에 사용되는 이형지에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a release paper used for joint pilate tape and a finished sheet for protecting outer wall waterproofing layer to reduce noise transmission during construction of panel heating for heating of buildings.
죠인트필라테이프와 외벽방수층 보호용 완층시이트를 설치함에 있어 이형지가 있는 테이프를 사용하여 쓰레기가 양산되고 작업의 진행이 원활하지 않았으나 본 고안에 의하여 이형지가 없는 발포폼테이프를 설치하면 이형지 쓰레기가 없어지고 수거하는 수고로움이 없어지며 펄프 자원이 절약되며 시공시 노력품이 절감되는 효과가 있다.In the installation of joint pilate tape and outer wall waterproofing layer protective sheet, waste paper was mass produced using release paper tape and the work was not progressed smoothly. 본 제1고안은 건축물의 바닥난방을 위한 패널히팅의 공사중 소음의 전달을 저감시키는 죠인트필라테이프(방통테이프)에 관한 것으로서, 종래에는 실용신안등록 제 0312640 호의 이형지가 있는 죠인트필라테이프를 사용하였다.
또 다른 제2고안은 외벽방수층 보호용 완층시이트로 특허등록 제 0012210호로 이형지를 사용하였다. 그러나 상기와 같은 작업의 방법으로는 재활용이 불가능한 이형지를 사용후 수거 및 쓰레기 처리하는 노력이 소요되었다The first proposal relates to a joint pillar tape (breakthrough tape) that reduces noise transmission during construction of panel heating for heating the floor of a building. 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 테이프 제조시 원단 자체에 이형력을 갖는 물질을 도포하여 자재를 절감하고 발생된 쓰레기를 없애는데 그 목적이 있다. 또 발포폼의 특성상 이형력을 제공하는 실리콘의 건조를 고온(115℃~120℃이상)에서 처리 못하는 문제점을 해결하는 데 그 목적이 있다.The present invention has a purpose to reduce the material and eliminate the waste generated by applying a material having a release force to the fabric itself when manufacturing the tape to solve the above problems.
