The reason why a waterproof sheet installed on a concrete surface swells is because moisture remaining or penetrating between the concrete surface and the waterproof sheet evaporates due to an increase in ambient temperature, and the vaporized water vapor expands thermally, causing the waterproof sheet to swell.

As this type of waterproof sheet with a water removal layer, a sheet having an uneven surface is attached to the lower surface of the waterproof sheet, that is, the adhesive side of the waterproof sheet. FIG. 1 shows one type of this type of waterproof sheet with a moisture removal layer. In Figure 1, 1 is a waterproof rubber sheet, 2
3 is a foamed polyethylene sheet, and 3 is a moisture degassing sheet layer. This type of waterproof sheet with a moisture degassing sheet layer 3 evacuates moisture through the uneven grooves of the protrusions 4.

At least 7% or more of the plurality of moisture degassing protrusions of the waterproof sheet with air-releasing protrusions shall consist of perforated hollow protrusions, and shall be impregnated and bonded into the hollow protrusions through the holes of the perforated hollow protrusions. A structure constructed using a tarpaulin sheet is characterized by:

This is because the adhesion between the waterproof sheet and the surface of the substrate is insufficient when impregnated with the adhesive. The position of the hole in the hollow protrusion may be any position where it can be impregnated with adhesive and the impregnated adhesive can bond the hollow protrusion and the substrate surface, such as the tip or side surface of the hollow protrusion. Further, the shape of the hole is not particularly limited as long as it can be impregnated with the adhesive. Note that this material may be any plastic.

Various types of adhesives are commercially available depending on the intended use, so any one of them can be used as appropriate.

is a waterproof rubber sheet with protrusions for moisture degassing in which 50% of the protrusions for moisture degassing are provided with perforated protrusions, 1 is a waterproof rubber sheet layer, 2 is a foamed polyethylene sheet layer, 3 4 is a moisture degassing layer, 4 is a moisture degassing protrusion, 20 is a hollow protrusion with a hole for moisture degassing, 5 is an adhesive, 6 is concrete, and 7 is a moisture degassing groove. As shown in FIG. 2, the adhesive 5 is impregnated around the tip of the moisture degassing protrusion 4 and around and inside the tip of the moisture degassing hollow protrusion 20, so that the moisture is removed. The waterproof sheet 8 with projections and the concrete 6 can be firmly bonded to each other through an adhesive. The adhesive strength in this embodiment of the present invention was 1.8 times higher than the adhesive strength in the case without the perforated hollow protrusion 20 for moisture degassing.

The adhesive strength is the adhesive strength when there is no hollow protrusion 20 with holes for moisture degassing.
It was 1.08 times, and the adhesive strength hardly improved.
