Claims (5)
- 직수관에서 유량계와 유량조절밸브를 통해 유입되는 인입수와, 염수 저장조에서 펌프을 통해 유입되는 포화 염수가 공급관 내에서 혼합된 희석염수를 전기분해조에서 공급받아 전기분해를 통해 차아염소산나트륨을 제조하는 장치에 있어서,상기 염수 저장조 내의 소금 위에 올려져 소금의 용해량에 부응하여 하강하는 원판과;표면에 눈금이 구비된 형태를 갖고 상기 원판(8)의 중심점에서 상 방향을 향해 돌출 형성되어 상기 염수 저장조의 뚜껑체 중심점에 형성된 안내공을 통해 외부로 돌출되게 끼워져 상기 원판의 상,하강에 부응하여 안내공을 출입하는 봉 형상의 레벨 게이지와;상기 뚜껑체의 안내공 일측부에 돌출 형성되어 레벨 게이지의 눈금 위치를 지시해 주는 지침;으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차아염소산나트륨 발생장치용 염수 저장조의 소금량 표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 레벨 게이지의 상단부에는 레벨 게이지가 뚜껑체의 안내공으로부터 빠져나가 분리되는 것을 방지하기 위한 분리 방지 캡을 착탈 가능하게 부가 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 차아염소산나트륨 발생장치용 염수 저장조의 소금량 표시장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 뚜껑체의 안내공 내에는 상기 원판의 레벨 게이지가 소금량에 부응하여 승,하강될 때 어느 일측으로 기울지않고 수직 상하방향으로 승,하강되도록 하는 가이드 봉을 더 돌출 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차아염소산나트륨 발생장치용 염수 저장조의 소금량 표시장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 레벨 게이지 상에 표기된 눈금과 별도로 소금의 재충전 시기를 알리는 칼라 표시부를 부가 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차아염소산나트륨 발생장치용 염수 저장조의 소금량 표시장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 뚜껑체의 안내공 일측부에는 스위치를 부가 설치하고, 상기 레벨 게이지의 상방부에는 상기 스위치를 작동시키는 작동구를 부가 설치하며, 상기 뚜껑체의 상면에는 램프 또는 알람 발생기를 설치하여 상기 염수 저장조 내의 소금이 거의 녹아 하강한 레벨 게이지의 상단부에 설치된 상기 작동구가 스위치를 "온"시키면 램프 또는 알람 발생기가 작동하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차아염소산나트륨 발생장치용 염수 저장조의 소금량 표시장치.
