Abstract

본 고안 은 내장건축용 목모보드에 석고보드에코팅모양지 를 붙인 패널보드로 환경친화적이며 가공성과 흡음성이우수 하고 설치시 별도의차음 . 단열공간이 확보되는 칸막이벽을 설치 시공할수있도록 구성하여서 , 건축물의 실내공간에 목모집섬보드 를 이용한 칸막이 벽체 를 조립식으로 연결할수있는것을 특징으로한다.

본 고안은 건축물 내부의 건식벽체 칸막이 벽 에 목모집섬보드를 세우며 다양한 형태를 시공하는 조립식칸막이 목모집섬보드구조이다.
일반적인 목모보드는 벽체에 상을 걸어 석고보드나 합판을 부착한뒤 목모보드를 시공하거나 목재 상위에 못이나 타카핀으로 고정시켜 목모보드를 부착하여 시공하여왔고 동일한 방법으로 앞면과 뒷면에 부착 시공해왔다 본 고안은 한번의 목모집섬보드시공으로 양면에 부착시킨효과를 볼수있도록 하고 앞면과 뒷면의 느낌이 틀리도록 고안한것이다.
본 고안은 칸막이 벽체의 의 유리틀 과 목모집섬보드 구조로 되어진 조립식 구조로서 차음과 단열공간이 확보되는 칸막이벽을 설치 시공할수 있도록 구성하여서 첫째.건축물의 실내공간에 미적 목모집섬보드칸막이를 설치하여 조립구조가 간단하고 재활용가능한 조립식 목모집섬칸막이를 설치하는데의 편의성을 제공한다.
둘째.건축물의 실내공간에 유리틀구조로 되어진 칸막이 월을 설치하면 별도의 마감처리가 필요치않고 몰딩처리만으로 공사가 완료되며 구조변경이 가능한 목모집섬 칸막이제작을 시공하는데 목적이있다.
본 고안의 실시예를 첨부한 도면에 따라서 상세히 설명하면 다음과같다
도1은 본고안을 설명하기위한 목모집섬보드 예시도이며 , 도2는 본 고안의 배면도이고 , 도3은 본고안의 정면도이며 , 도4는 본고안의 좌,우측면도이고,도5는 본고안의 평면도 이다.도1에서 (30)접착부 도2에서 도(10)석고보드판재와 (20)목모보드 를 (30)접착부에 (50)접착제 로 도2와 도3 와 같이 (10)석고보드판재와(20)목모보드 를 서로 맞추어 고정시켜주는것을 특징으로한다

본 고안과같은 목모집섬보드를 조립식칸막이 또는 벽체판넬보드 로 제작한다면 구조변경가능한 목공인테리어효과와 공사기간단축 차음 단열 방음 효과를볼수있으며
기존 경량칸막이공사 와 같은시공방식이므로 누구나 설치가용이하여 저렴한가격에 인테리어 월 칸막이효과를 볼수있는것이 특징이다.

  1. 목모보드 평단면 한쪽면에 접착제를 이용하여 석고보드 나 마그네슘보드를 를 부착한것을 특징으로하는 목모집섬보드
  2. 상기 제1항 에 있어서 목보집섬보드 의 평단면 석고보드 나 마그네슘보드 위에 1m/m내외의 모양지를 부착한것을 특징으로하는 목모집섬보드
