Abstract

본 고안은 건물 실내의 내장용으로 사용되는 내장부재에 관한 고안이다.
본 고안 내장부재는 금속재로 구성되며 황토흡음시트수용부를 구비한 내장부재커버체와 내장부재커버체의 바닥면에 구성되는 흡음통공과 내장부재커버체의 바닥에 깔리는 하부 직물시트와 황토흡음시트수용부에 수용되는 황토흡음시트와 황토흡음시트 상면에 깔리는 상부직물시트로 구성된다.

Description

건축용 내장부재{The in-materal construct for construction}
본 고안은 건물의 실내 천정에 설치되는 내장부재에 관한 고안이다.
본 고안 내장부재는 방음과 흡음 및 휨강도가 우수하고 내구성과 내화, 내연 기능을 구비한 내장부재이다.
종래 건물의 실내에 장치되는 내장부재들은 주로 소정두께의 패널상태로 구성되고 있으며 그 재질도 매우 다양하여 방음 흡음 방진기능을 비롯하여 내화성, 내연성의 기능을 갖는 내장부재가 알려지고 있는 것이다.
이와같은 내장부재들은 친환경소재를 추구하고 폐기시에 공해 유발을 방지하기 위하여 자연에서 얻어지는 소재가 많이 이용되고 있으며 화재 등에 대비하여 난연 또는 내화성 화학물질을 이용하여 내장부재를 제조하고 있다.
이와같이 다양한 기능을 갖는 내장부재들 중 주로 자연에서 얻어지는 친환경 물질을 소재로 한 것 들은 공해유발의 문제점이 없고, 인체에 무해한 효과는 기대할 수가 있으나 제조단가가 높고 내구성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있게 된다.
또한 화재에 대비하여 내화성, 내연성 물질을 투입했을 때는 경량화가 어렵고 다시 제조단가가 높아지는 문제점이 있게 되는 것이다.
본 고안은 상기한 종래 건축용 내장부재의 문제점을 인체에 유익한 황토시트를 효과적으로 해결하기 위하여 휨강도가 뛰어나고 내구성이 우수하며 방음 흡음 및 내화성, 내연성이 우수한 내장부재를 제공하는 것이 본 고안이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제이다.
금속판체로 구성되며 흡음시트수용부(11)를 구비한 내장부재커버체(10)와 상기 흡음시트수용부(11)의 저면에 깔리는 하부직물시트(12)와, 상기 흡음시트수용부(11)에 수용되는 황토흡음시트(13)와 상기 황토흡음시트(13)의 상부에 깔리는 상부직물시트(14)로 본 고안 내장부재(100)가 구성된다.
상기 내장부재커버체(10)의 바닥면에는 다수의 흡음통공(20)이 천공되며 상기 황토흡음시트(13)는 톱방 등 폐목제칩이나 폐섬유제와 황토분말을 물과 혼합하여 구성되는 것으로 내장부재커버체(10)의 흡음시트수용부(11)의 바닥면에 하부직물시트(12)를 깐 다음 물과 혼합되어 건조되지 않은 상태의 황토흡음시트(13)를 상기 흡음시트수용부(11)에 수용시킨 다음, 황토흡음시트(13) 상면에 상부직물시트(14)를 깔고 적당한 압력을 가하여 하부직물시트(12)와 상부직물시트(14)가 황토흡음시트(13)에 밀착되게 하여 건조시키면 본 고안 내장부재가 완성된다.
본 고안 황토흡음시트(13)는 황토분말 35%, 톱밥 등 폐목제칩이나 폐섬유제 35%, 물 30%를 혼합 교반하여 구성하는 것이 바람직하다.
도면 중 미설명 부호 (30)은 내장부재고정설치용 피스공이며, (31)은 고정피스를 보인 것이다.
상기한 구성으로 이루워진 본 고안의 작용 효과를 설명한다.
상기 내장부재커버체(10)는 휨강도와 내구성이 우수한 경량금속판체로 구성됨으로 종래 내장부재의 문제점으로 지적되고 있는 휨강도 및 내구성의 취약점을 보완할 수가 있으며 프레스가공이 가능하여 다양한 모양을 표출시킬 수가 있고 다양한 색상의 도색이 가능하여 내장부재로서 미적 외관을 구비할 수가 있어서 적합하며 화재에도 안전한 효과가 있다.
본 고안 내장부재는 폐기하더라도 내장부재커버체(10)는 금속이여서 재활용이 가능하고 내장부재커버체(10)의 흡음시트수용부(11)의 저면에 하부직물시트(12)와 황토흡음시트(13) 및 황토흡음시트(13) 위에 깔리는 상부직물시트(14)는 자연물질들로 구성되어 있어서 혼합비율에 따라 재생할 수도 있으며 그냥 버려지더라도 쉽게 부식되어 환경오염의 문제가 없는 것이다.
상기한 구성 및 작용 효과를 가지게 되는 본 고안은 내장부재 커버체가 금속제와 자연에서 얻어지는 황토흡음시트로 구성됨으로 제조가 손쉽고 다양한 외관 모양을 표출할 수 있으며 내구성이 우수하며 인체에 유익한 황토흡음시트에 의하여 흡음 방음 효과가 우수하다.
또한 내연성 내화성 기능을 갖게 됨으로 화재시 발생되는 많은 위험을 방지할 수가 있어서 건물의 실내 내장부로서 적합한 효과를 얻을 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 금속판체로 구성되며 흡음시트수용부(11)를 구비한 내장부재커버체(10)와 상기 흡음시트수용부(11)의 저면에 깔리는 하부직물시트(12)와, 상기 흡음시트수용부(11)에 수용되는 황토흡음시트(13)와 상기 황토흡음시트(13)의 상부에 깔리는 상부직물시트(14)로 본 고안 내장부재(100)가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 내장부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 내장부재커버체(10) 바닥면에는 다수의 흡음통공(20)이 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 내장부재.
