Claims (4)
- 초음파를 시험체 내로 보내어 시험체 내에 존재하는 불연속을 검출하는 초음파 탐상검사 장치에 있어서,길이 방향으로 길게 형성된 원통형의 탐촉관(10) 내부에 탐촉자(30)를 설치한 후 열교환기 튜브(2)의 내부에 삽입하여 전후로 이동하거나 회전하면서 크랙을 검출하는 초음파 탐상수단(1)이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 튜브의 확관부에 대한 초음파 탐상장치.
- 제 1 청구항에 있어서,상기 탐촉관(10)의 내부에는 탐촉자를 탈부착시킬 수 있도록 적어도 하나 이상의 요홈(11)이 더 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 튜브의 확관부에 대한 초음파 탐상장치.
- 제 1 청구항에 있어서,상기 탐촉관(10)의 외주면에는 탐촉관이 열교환기 튜브 내부로 어느 정도 삽입되었는지를 작업자가 확인하는 눈금자(20)가 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 튜브의 확관부에 대한 초음파 탐상장치.
- 제 1 청구항에 있어서,상기 탐촉관(10)에는 탐촉자 접촉면 바로 앞에 접촉매질을 공급할 수 있도록 배출공(12)이 형성되되, 이 배출공에는 접촉매질을 공급하는 공급튜브(40)가 연결 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 튜브의 확관부에 대한 초음파 탐상장치.
