Claims (3)
- 내부에 설치되는 절연성 강화합성수지로 이루어진 심봉과, 상기 심봉의 양단부를 제외한 전체부위를 감싸면서 일정 간격을 두고 복수의 애자날개를 갖도록 형성된 고분자 재질로 이루어진 외피와, 상기 심봉 및 외피의 양단부에 각각 고정 설치되는 두개의 금구로 이루어진 배전용 폴리머 현수애자에 있어서,상기 각각의 금구 내부에 길이방향으로 중공된 내경을 갖는 삽입구가 마련되고, 상기 삽입구의 둘레에 삽입구에 비해 상대적으로 짧고 좁은 폭을 갖는 요홈 형태의 삽입홈이 형성되며, 상기 금구의 삽입구 및 삽입홈에 각각 대응하여 상기 심봉 및 외피에 각각 삽입부와 삽입돌기부가 형성됨으로써,상기 일체로 성형되는 심봉과 외피에 각각 마련된 삽입부 및 삽입돌기부와 상기 금구의 삽입구 및 삽입홈이 각각 상호 끼움 삽입을 통해 1차 밀봉 결합되고, 상기 외피와 금구의 외측 결합부위가 실링재를 통해 2차 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 폴리머 현수애자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금구의 삽입구 및 삽입홈에 각각 심봉의 삽입부와 외피의 삽입돌기부를 끼움 삽입을 통해 상호 체결한 다음, 그 체결된 외주 부위를 클림핑(Crimping) 형태로 압착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 폴리머 현수애자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 심봉에 적용되는 절연성 강화합성수지로는 내구성이 좋은 에폭시 수지가 사용되고, 상기 외피에 적용되는 고분자 재질로는 절연성을 갖는 엔진니어링 플라스틱이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 폴리머 현수애자.
