Abstract

PURPOSE: A water tight bolt for tunnel segment assembling is provided to prevent water leakage in a bolt and reduce tunnel construction costs by simplifying the tunnel construction. CONSTITUTION: A shield tunnel method constructs lining of a tunnel by assembling a segment(5) manufactured in a factory together with digging. A water tight bolt is developed in order to improve a slant bolt method leaking water through a bolt hole. A head part(4) of a bolt is changed in such a manner that the head part(4) has a washer type structure. A rubber packing(2) is inserted into the head part(4) by enlarging a size of the head part(4). The bolt is tightened, so that a bolt hole is sealed.

실드 터널 공법은 굴착과 동시에 공장에서 제작한 세그멘트(5)를 조립하여 터널의 라이닝을 시공하는 공법으로 세그멘트의 조립에 경사 볼트(1)를 사용하는 공법이 근래에 개발되었으나 경사 볼트 공법은 볼트 구멍으로 쉽게 누수가 되는 결함이 있어 이를 개선 하기위해 수밀 구조의 볼트를 개발하여 경사볼트 식 세그멘트 터널의 누수를 방지함에 그 목적이 있다.The shield tunnel method is a method of constructing a tunnel lining by assembling a segment (5) manufactured at the same time as excavation, and a method of using an inclined bolt (1) for assembling a segment has recently been developed.
