Abstract
터널 공법 중의 하나인 실드(Shield) 터널은 굴착과 동시에 공장에서 제작한 세그멘트(5)를 조립하여 터널의 복공(라이닝)을 시공하는 공법으로 세그멘트의 조립은 양쪽 세그멘트를 경사로 관통하여 직접 연결하는 경사 볼트(1) 공법이 개발되어 이용되고 있으나 경사 볼트가 구조상 누수에 취약하므로 수밀형 구조의 경사 볼트를 고안하여 세그멘트 터널의 누수를 방지하고자 한다.Shield tunnel, one of the tunneling methods, is a method of assembling the factory-manufactured segment (5) at the same time as excavation and constructing the lining of the tunnel. Description
실드(Shield) 터널 공법은 굴착과 동시에 공장에서 제작한 세그멘트(5)를 조립하여 터널의 복공(라이닝)을 시공하는 공법으로 경사 볼트(1) 공법이 근래에 개발되어 이용되고 있으나 경사 볼트 공법은 시공이 단순하나 경사 볼트 구멍으로 누수가 되어 이를 방지할 수 있는 수밀 구조의 경사 볼트가 필요하게 되었다The shield tunnel method is a method of constructing a tunnel hole (lining) by assembling a segment (5) manufactured at the same time as excavation, and an inclined bolt method (1) has been developed and used in recent years.
