Claims (8)
- 녹차, 인진쑥 및 솔잎으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 식물 추출물 및 비타민 C를 필수적으로 함유하는 항산화 효과와 항관절염 및 항치매 효과를 지니는 기능성 식품 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 녹차 수용성 추출물 20-75 중량 %, 인진쑥 수용성 추출물 10-60 중량 %, 솔잎 수용성 추출물 10-60 중량 % 및 비타민 C 2-10중량 %로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 녹차 수용성 추출물 40-70 중량 %, 인진쑥 수용성 추출물 14-40 중량 %, 솔잎 수용성 추출물 14-40 중량 % 및 비타민 C 2-10 중량 %로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1항의 식물 추출물 외에 추가적으로 미나리, 가시오가피, 모과, 어성초 및 생강으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 식물 추출물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물.
- 녹차, 인진쑥 또는 솔잎을 80 내지 110 ℃에서 1 내지 5시간 열수 추출한 후, 고형분이 10 내지 40 %가 되도록 농축 후 건조한 건조 농축물과 비타민 C를 배합하여 이루어진 항산화, 항관절염 및 항치매 효과를 지니는 기능성 식품 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 건강 음료 또는 음료 첨가제로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 캡슐제 형태인 식품 조성물.
- 녹차, 인진쑥, 솔잎 추출물 및 비타민 C를 필수적으로 포함하는 항산화, 항관절염 및 항치매 효과를 갖는 식품첨가제.
