Claims (8)
- 광 기록매체를 주사하고, 제 1 경로를 따라 주행하는 제 1 파장의 제 1 방사빔과, 이와 다른 제 2 경로를 따라 주행하는 이와 다른 제 2 파장의 제 2 방사빔을 방출하는 방사원과, 광 검출계와, 방사빔들을 광 기록매체를 통해 광 검출계로 안내하는 광학계와, 제 1 및 제 2 빔을 광 검출계 상에서 거의 일치하도록 결합하는 격자를 구비한 광학장치에 있어서,상기 격자가 교번하는 경사 홈들과 경사 랜드들을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 홈들이 제 1 파장의 정수배와 거의 동일한 동시에, 제 2 파장의 절반의 홀수배와 거의 동일한 광학 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 격자는 평면에 설치된 투과 격자이고, 홈들과 랜드들이, 평면에 대해, 제 2 방사빔으로부터의 회절되지 않은 빔과 선택된 회절 빔 사이의 각도와 대략 동일한 각도로 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 격자는 평면에 설치된 반사 격자이고, 홈들과 랜드들이, 평면에 대해, 제 2 방사빔으로부터의 회절되지 않은 빔과 선택된 회절 빔 사이의 각도의 1/4배와 대략 같은 각도로 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 격자와 방사원 및/또는 광 검출계는 서로 조정가능하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 격자에 의해 형성된 빔들이 거의 일치하도록, 제 1 경로를 따라 입사한 제 1 파장을 갖는 제 1 방사빔과, 이와 다른 제 2 경로를 따라 입사한 이와 다른 제 2 파장을 갖는 제 2 방사빔을 결합하는 광학 격자에 있어서,상기 격자가 교번하는 경사 홈들과 경사 랜드들을 갖고, 상기 홈들이 제 1 파장의 정수배와 거의 동일한 광학 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 격자.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 격자는 평면에 설치된 투과 격자이고, 홈들과 랜드들이, 평면에 대해, 제 2 방사빔으로부터의 회절되지 않은 빔과 선택된 회절 빔 사이의 각도와 대략 동일한 각도로 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 격자.
