Claims (5)
- 작동유체를 흡인하기 위한 석션 플레이트와, 실린더보어에 내장된 로터 및 롤러의 선회운동에 의한 체적변화에 따라 작동유체를 흡입 및 배출하는 실린더와, 상기 실린더로부터 배출되는 작동유체가 최종 토출되는 딜리버리 플레이트가 적층되어 이루어진 펌핑부를 갖는 용적형 펌프에 있어서;상기 석션 플레이트(100)상에는 내·외측 석션홀(110,111)이 일측에 형성되고; 또한 석션 플레이트의 다른 일측에는 토출시점에 상기 로터(300)의 외주면과 실린더보어(210) 사이의 곡선챔버(C1)와 연통되는 외측 가이드유로(120)와, 토출시점에 상기 롤러(310)와 로터(300)의 롤러 삽입홈(301) 사이의 직선챔버(C2)와 연통되는 내측 가이드유로(130)가 형성되며,상기 실린더(200)와 딜리버리 플레이트(400) 상에는 상기 내·외측 가이드유로(130,120)로부터 배출되는 작동유체를 최종 토출하는 토출포트(220,410)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용적형 펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내측 가이드유로(130)와 외측 가이드유로(120)의 엔딩부(E)에는 대략 석션 플레이트(100)의 지름선 방향으로 형성되는 공통의 연장홈(140)이 형성된 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 용적형 펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 외측 가이드유로(120)는 그 스타팅부(S)로부터 엔딩부(E)로 갈수록 체적이 점차적으로 축소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용적형 펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 외측 석션홀(111)은 그 스타팅부(S)로부터 엔딩부(E)로 갈수록 체적이 점차적으로 확대되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용적형 펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 토출포트(220,410)는 상기 외측 가이드유로(120)의 엔딩부(E)에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용적형 펌프.
