Claims (11)
- 직렬 암 공진자와 병렬 암 공진자를 포함하는 래더형 필터로서;상기 직렬 암 공진자와 상기 병렬 암 공진자는 교대로 서로 접속되어 있고,각각의 상기 직렬 암 공진자는 인덕터와 병렬로 접속되어 있는 제 1 직렬 암 공진자이거나 혹은 인덕터와 접속되지 않은 제 2 직렬 암 공진자이며,상기 제 1 직렬 암 공진자의 공진 주파수를 fsr1이라 하고 상기 제 2 직렬 암 공진자의 공진 주파수를 fsr2라 할 때, fsr1 < fsr2의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 래더형 필터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 병렬 암 공진자의 반 공진 주파수를 fpa라 할 때, fsr1 < fpa < fsr2의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 래더형 필터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 직렬 암 공진자에 병렬로 접속되어 있는 인덕터의 작용으로 인해 쉬프트 되어 생기는 반 공진 주파수를 fsa1'라 하고, 상기 제 2 직렬 암 공진자의 반 공진 주파수를 fsa2라 할 때, fsa2 < fsa1'의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 래더형 필터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 병렬 공진자의 반 공진 주파수를 fpa라 할 때, fpa ×0.995 < (fsr1 + fsr2)/2 < fpa ×1.01의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는래더형 필터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 직렬 암 공진자의 공진 주파수가 상기 제 2 직렬 암 공진자의 공진 주파수와 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 래더형 필터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 패키지를 추가로 더 포함하고, 상기 제 1 직렬 암 공진자에 병렬로 접속되어 있는 인덕터가 상기 패키지 내에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 래더형 필터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공진자는 압전 기판 및 상기 압전 기판에 형성된 복수의 빗형 전극 변환 소자를 포함하고 있는 일단 쌍 탄성 표면파 공진자인 것을 특징으로 하는 래더형 필터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공진자는 개구부 또는 오목한 부분을 구비하는 기판; 및 적어도 하나의 층을 포함하며 상기 개구부 또는 오목한 부분 위에 형성되고 적어도 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 끼워지는 압전 박막에 의해 구분되는 진동부;를 포함하는 압전 박막 공진자인 것을 특징으로 하는 래더형 필터.
- 제 1항에 기재된 래더형 필터를 포함하는 분파기.
- 제 1항에 기재된 래더형 필터를 포함하는 통신 장치.
- 제 9항에 기재된 분파기를 포함하는 통신 장치.
