Claims (1)
- 보수시공될 또는 제작시공될 열교환기의 내부의 직선형 관 또는 각종의 직선형 관 내면을 코팅하기 전에 상기 관내에 제습 및 가열된 건조공기를 취입하여 상기 관에 존재하는 수분을 제거하고, 연마제가 함유된 압축공기를 상기 관내에 투입하여, 상기 관내의 내면에 붙어 있는 녹이나 이물질을 상기 내면으로부터 분리시키고, 그리고 상기 관내에 압축공기를 취입시켜 관내에 남아 있는 이물질이나 수분을 제거하여, 코팅될 관에 대한 준비공정이 완료된 관의 내면에 코팅을 수행하는 방법에 있어서,관(1)의 길이, 관의 내경, 코팅두께 등에 근거한 코팅에 필요될 코팅제(3)인 수지량의 체적에 상당하는 구획된 공간을 상기 관내의 상부에 형성시키도록, 상기 관(1)의 상부 부근에 외력에 의해 슬라이드 가능하게 피그(2)를 삽입하는 단계,상기 구획된 공간에 코팅제(3)를 충전시키는 단계, 그리고상기 충전된 코팅제(3)가 자연낙하하는 속도와 동일한 속도로 상기 권취/해권기(6)에 의해 줄(4)을 당기는 단계를 포함하고 있으며,여기에서, 상기 피그(2)는 상기 줄(4)의 일단에 연결해제가능하게 연결되어 있고, 상기 줄의 타단은 아이들 롤러(5)를 경유하여 권취/해권기(6)에 연결되어 있으며, 상기 권취/해권기(6)는 상기 줄의 권취속도를 조절하여 세팅할 수 있는 제어장치가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 관의 내면을 코팅하는 방법.
