Claims (35)
- a) 유기상을 형성하는 석유 제품,b) 상기 석유 제품에 용해된 마커(marker) 물질, 및c) 검출가능한 색을 현상하는, 상기 유기상중 상기 마커 물질과 결합되는 비수성 산을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산이 알킬, 아릴 및 유기 술폰산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산이 도데실벤젠 술폰산인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산이 알킬 및 디알킬 인산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산이 pka값이 3.5 이하인 카르복실산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산이 유기 용매중 용액으로서 적용되는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용매가 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 또는 알코올인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마커 물질이 하기 화학식의 화합물인 조성물.식중, A, B 및 C는 서로 독립적으로 방향족 카르보시클릭 잔기이고, N은 질소이고, R은 알킬기 또는 수소 원자이다.
- 제8항에 있어서, A, B 및 C가 서로 독립적으로 벤젠 및 나프탈렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, R이 분지형 또는 비분지형 C1-C20알킬기인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 고리 A, B 및 C에 결합된 수소 원자가 분자에 인식가능한 수용해성을 부여하지 않는 하나 이상의 다른 원자 또는 기로 치환된 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 고리 A가 할로겐 원자, 니트로, 알킬, 알콕시 또는 히드록시기, 카르복실 에스테르, 카르복사미드 및 술폰아미드 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 성분으로 치환된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마커가 하기 화학식의 화합물인 마커 조성물.식중, 임의의 수소 원자는 중수소 원자로 치환될 수 있고,고리 A는 0 내지 2개의 치환체를 함유하고,X 및 Y는 분자에 상당한 수용해성을 부여하지 않는 임의의 치환체, N-알킬 술폰아미드기이고,R1및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 중수소 또는 치환된 히드록시기이고,R3은 알킬, 알콕시 또는 아실아미노기이다.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 마커 물질이 N,N-디에틸 아미노아조벤젠인 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 치환된 히드록시기상의 치환체가 알킬 비닐 에테르와 상기 기와의 반응에 의해 얻어진 아세탈 구조의 일부를 형성하는 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 치환된 히드록시기상의 치환체가 알킬 카르복실산,그의 할로겐화물 또는 무수물과 상기 기와의 반응에 의해 얻어진 에스테르 구조의 일부를 형성하는 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 알킬 비닐 에테르가 이소부틸 비닐 에테르이고, 상기 물질이 C.I.솔벤트 옐로우(Solvent Yellow) 124인 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 수소 원자인 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 석유 제품이 상기 마커 물질 이외에 염료를 더 함유하는 조성물.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 염료가 1,4-알킬 또는 치환된 알킬아미노 안트라퀴논 화합물인 조성물.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 염료가 페닐 아조 페닐 아조-2-아미노 나프탈렌의 알킬 유도체인 조성물.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 염료가 C.I.솔벤트 레드 23 또는 그의 고리 알킬화 동족체인 조성물.
- a) 유기상을 형성하는 석유 제품,b) 상기 석유 제품에 용해된 마커 물질, 및c) 검출가능한 색을 현상하는, 상기 유기상중 착색제와 결합되는 pka값 3.5 이하의 산을 포함하는 조성물.
- a) 유기상을 형성하는 석유 제품,b) 상기 석유 제품에 용해된 마커 물질, 및c) 상기 유기상에서 검출가능한 색 또는 형광을 현상하는, 상기 마커 물질 및 석유 제품과 결합되는 유기 산을 포함하는 조성물.
- 하기 화학식의 구조를 갖는 석유 제품용 마커.식중, A, B 및 C는 서로 독립적으로 방향족 카르보시클릭 잔기이고, N은 질소이고, R은 알킬기 또는 수소 원자이다.
- 제26항에 있어서, A, B 및 C가 서로 독립적으로 벤젠 및 나프탈렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 마커.
- 제27항에 있어서, R이 분지형 또는 비분지형 C1-C20알킬기인 마커.
- 제28항에 있어서, 고리 A, B 및 C에 결합된 수소 원자가 분자에 인식가능한 수용해성을 부여하지 않는 하나 이상의 다른 원자 또는 기로 치환된 마커.
- 제29항에 있어서, C가 할로겐 원자, 니트로, 알킬, 알콕시 또는 히드록시기, 카르복실 에스테르, 카르복사미드 및 술폰아미드 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 마커.
- a) 산 반응성 마커를 함유하는 석유 제품의 샘플을 얻는 단계,b) 상기 샘플에 비수성 산 또는 용액을 포함하는 현상제를 첨가하여 상기 산 및 마커가 검출가능한 색을 현상하도록 결합되어 있는 단일 상을 형성하는 단계, 및c) 상기 색을 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 산 반응성 마커를 함유하는 석유 제품의 확인 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 상기 마커를 분광광도계로 검출하여 정량화하는 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서, 상기 마커가 형광성이고 형광분광계에 의해 검출하여 정량화하는 방법.
