Claims (13)
- 밸브포트와 상기 밸브포트를 개방하고 폐쇄하는 밸브체를 구비한 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구에 있어서,상기 가스실린더의 상기 밸브포트에 분리가능하게 부착될 수 있는 하우징;상기 하우징 내에 제공되며, 상기 하우징이 상기 밸브포트에 부착될 때 상기 밸브포트를 폐쇄하는 방향으로 상기 밸브체를 이동시키는 스프링힘에 의해 치우쳐져 있는 피스톤조립체;상기 밸브포트의 반대측에서 상기 피스톤조립체의 축과 동축적으로 위치되며, 상기 밸브포트로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 직경이 점차 감소하는 환형외부테이퍼면을 갖는 테이퍼진 축부재;상기 테이퍼진 축부재와 동축이 되도록 상기 하우징과 나사맞물림된 잠금너트;상기 환형외부테이퍼면에 대응하게끔 상기 잠금너트의 내주면에 형성된 환형내부테이퍼면;상기 하우징과 일체로 되며 상기 환형외부테이퍼면 및 상기 환형내부테이퍼면 사이에 위치되고, 적어도 하나의 방사상관통구멍을 가지는 중간원통부재; 및상기 방사상관통구멍 내에서 자유로이 이동가능하게 상기 방사상관통구멍 내에 삽입되고, 상기 환형외부테이퍼면 및 상기 환형내부테이퍼면과 접촉하는 적어도 하나의 잠금편을 포함하며,상기 잠금너트는 상기 환형외부테이퍼면에 대해 상기 환형내부테이퍼면을 통해 상기 잠금편을 누를 수 있어 상기 잠금너트의 나사맞물림량을 상기 하우징으로 변경함으로써 상기 피스톤조립체를 잠그는 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼진 축부재에 대하여 움직여 상기 하우징으로부터 돌출할 수 있는 밸브개방상태표시용 원통부재; 및상기 밸브개방상태표시용 원통부재를 상기 하우징 속에 삽입되게 하는 방향으로 상기 밸브개방상태표시용 원통부재를 치우쳐 있게 하는 스프링을 포함하고,상기 밸브개방상태표시용 원통부재는 상기 테이퍼진 축부재가 상기 밸브체를 개방하여 상기 스프링의 스프링힘에 대해 상기 하우징으로부터 돌출하는 방향으로 이동하는 것에 의해 가압되는 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 상기 피스톤조립체를 밸브폐쇄방향으로 치우쳐 있게 하는 바이어싱힘에 대해 상기 피스톤조립체를 밸브개방방향으로 이동시키기 위한 압력실을 포함하며, 상기 피스톤조립체를 상기 밸브개방방향으로 이동하기 위해 압축된 공기가 상기 밸브개방압력실에 인가되는 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤조립체와는 별개로 제공되며, 상기 피스톤조립체와 동일 방향으로 움직이고 상기 밸브포트의 상기 밸브체에 작용하는 밸브자루;상기 밸브자루에 의해 지지되며, 상기 밸브자루의 축과 교차하지 않고 상기 밸브자루의 미끄럼운동방향에 수직한 방향으로 연장하는 회전축을 가지는 적어도 하나의 밸브자루롤러부재;상기 밸브자루에 인접한 상기 피스톤조립체의 끝에 마련된 테이퍼면부; 및상기 피스톤조립체의 상기 테이퍼면부와 상기 밸브자루롤러부재 사이에 탑재되며, 상기 밸브자루롤러부재 및 상기 테이퍼면부와 구름맞물림(rolling engagement)되고, 상기 밸브자루롤러부재의 상기 회전축에 평행하게 연장하는 회전축을 가지는 적어도 하나의 중간롤러부재를 더 포함하며,상기 테이퍼면부, 상기 중간롤러부재 및 상기 밸브자루롤러부재는, 상기 밸브자루를 상기 테이퍼면부를 통해 밸브대(valve seat) 쪽으로 이동시키기 위해 상기 피스톤조립체가 상기 밸브자루 쪽으로 단위거리만큼 이동되는 경우, 상기 밸브자루가 상기 피스톤조립체의 상기 단위변위보다 작은 변위만큼 이동되도록 배치되는 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 밸브자루롤러부재는 상기 밸브자루의 상기 축에 대하여 회전대칭적인 방식으로 배치되는 한 쌍의 밸브자루롤러부재들을 포함하고,상기 중간롤러부재는 상기 밸브자루의 상기 축에 대하여 회전대칭적인 방식으로 배치되는 한 쌍의 중간롤러부재들을 포함하는 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 밸브자루와 상기 한 쌍의 밸브자루롤러부재들은 밸브자루조립체를 구성하는 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 밸브자루는 상기 피스톤조립체에 동축인 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼면부는 원뿔면부를 포함하는 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼면부는 한 쌍의 비탈진 평면들을 가지는 쐐기면부를 포함하는 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤조립체는 상기 밸브자루와 동축으로 연장되는 작동축을 포함하며, 상기 작동축의 한 끝은 상기 테이퍼진 축부재에 고정되고, 상기 테이퍼면부는 상기 작동축의 다른 끝에 형성된 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브개방상태표시용 원통부재는 상기 밸브체가 밸브대로부터 맞물림해제되는 경우 상기 중간원통부재의 외부끝에서부터 바깥쪽으로 돌출하는 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간원통부재에 형성된 상기 방사상관통구멍들은 상기 테이퍼진 축부재의 방사상 반대쪽들에 형성된 2개의 방사상관통구멍들을 포함하고,상기 잠금편은 상기 2개의 방사상관통구멍들 속에 각각 삽입된 2개의 잠금편들을 포함하는 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 잠금편들의 각각은 링부재의 절단부 형상으로 된 가스실린더용 공기작동상시폐쇄밸브의 잠금기구.
