Abstract

PURPOSE: Synthetic fiber terry for a towel has excellent bulkiness, touch, flexibility, hygroscopicity and cohesion. CONSTITUTION: Synthetic fiber terry for a towel is obtained by the steps of: stretching synthetic filament fiber; twisting the filament; and then weaving textile having loops out of the filament. The synthetic fiber is characterized by producing twisted yarn having 150-500denier of fineness, using monofilament having under 0.2denier of thickness as loop yarn(1) and twisting the filament on 200T/M-500T/M. Ground yarns are cotton or polyester/cotton mixed yarn. The ground yarn having 45-20's of thickness is used as warp(2) and weft(3).

Description

타월용 합성섬유 테리직물{TERRY FABRIC MADE OF SYNTHETIC FIBER FOR TOWEL}Synthetic fiber terry cloth for towels {TERRY FABRIC MADE OF SYNTHETIC FIBER FOR TOWEL}

The present invention relates to a synthetic fiber Terry fabric for towels made of synthetic fiber yarns to have a good feel and high absorbency and flexibility.

In general, terry cloth for towels is made of cellulose (Cellulose) fibers mainly around the cotton (棉).

This is because the cellulose-based fibers have better flexibility, feel, and absorbency than other fibers.

Recently, however, many studies have been attempted to manufacture more flexible and absorbent fabrics using synthetic fibers as an alternative means of cellulose fibers, but have poor touch and absorbency.

In order to solve this problem, the present invention uses a terry cloth having a loop after stretching the synthetic fiber yarn which can be finely divided, and then weaving it into a terry cloth having a loop and dividing it during dyeing. It is to provide a synthetic fiber terry fabric.

The synthetic fiber terry fabric of the present invention is stretched and then twisted and woven into a terry fabric having a loop and then weaving a synthetic fiber filament yarn which can be finely divided into a bulky and dyed process. The fibers are divided (reduced) into fibers to have absorbency and packageability due to capillary action.

The synthetic fiber is a loop yarn (1) using a twisted yarn having a thickness of 150 to 500 deniers and a single yarn, that is, a monofilament having a thickness of 0.2 denier or less. Twist about 200 T / M ~ 500 T / M (flammable water per m) to prevent crushing.

The ground is cotton or P / C (polyester cotton) blended yarn, each of which is spun yarn (2) and weft yarn (3), each of which is 45 ~ 20 thick. This prevents the loop from slipping out.

The density of the ground tissue is the slope 20 of this / inch to 60 into a present / in the 30/65-inch to present / inch, and the type of ground loop Inc.'s array in the weft 1: it is preferred that a second.

As described above, the synthetic fiber terry fabric of the present invention has a good bulkiness and a good feel and flexibility, as well as a fabric having good absorbency and composition, and thus can be effectively used for towels and the like.
