Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for stabilizing an output voltage of a converter using a pulse counter of a regenerative braking unit is provided to easily monitor a state of the regenerative braking unit by counting accurately the operation number of the regenerative braking unit. CONSTITUTION: Current signals are detected from resistors(4a,4b) when an output voltage of a converter(1) exceeds a predetermined level and the first and the second regenerative braking units(2,3) are operated thereby. The detected current signals are amplified and converted to digital signals. The current signals are standardized by a counting process. The operation number of the first and the second regenerative braking units(2,3) is displayed on a counter display unit(10) through a sequential display control circuit. An error detection mode is selected by a dip switch. A CPU decides each trouble state of the first and the second regenerative braking units by comparing the count values of the first and the second regenerative braking units.

회생제동유니트의 펄스카운터를 이용한 컨버터 출력전압 안정화 방법{METHOD FOR REGULATING CONVERTER OUT VOLTAGE BY USING PULSE COUNTER OF DYNAMIC BREAK UNIT}Converter output voltage stabilization method using regenerative braking unit pulse counter {METHOD FOR REGULATING CONVERTER OUT VOLTAGE BY USING PULSE COUNTER OF DYNAMIC BREAK UNIT}

In the case of the converter using the diode element, the regenerative control of the load side power to the input power line side cannot be performed due to the characteristics of the diode element, so that the switching control using the regenerative braking unit consumes the DC link voltage rise through the resistor. The present invention relates to a method of stabilizing a converter output voltage using a pulse counter of a regenerative braking unit that can maintain and control a decilink voltage.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, a voltage output from the converter unit 1 is supplied to a vector motor control panel 5 and a frequency control motor control panel 6 by using a DC LINK power supply, and a regenerative braking unit 1 2 (2,3) detects the level of the thyristor in the regenerative braking units 1, 2 (2, 3) when it is 130% or more of the rated voltage in order to control the dish link voltage constantly. The switching is controlled to be consumed by the resistors 4a and b.

However, when the regenerative braking units 1, 2 (2, 3) are broken or inoperable, the voltage of the dislink continues to rise and becomes 140% or more. The driver panel of the control panel 5 and the frequency control motor control panel 6 is tripped, and in this process there is no function to determine the abnormality of the regenerative braking units 1, 2 (2, 3). Not only can the load fluctuate, but the cause can not be identified, and the delay for correcting the load is increased.

In particular, the pickling process 7 is interrupted during the pole process by the trip of the driver panel, thereby forming a roll mark or a rust pattern on the product, causing product defects and causing a sudden decrease in productivity.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and has been created to solve the problem. If it exceeds the value, it is determined that the regenerative braking unit is faulty, and it is promptly taken to prevent the driver panel from tripping due to overload and of course, to prevent the interruption of pickling lines and to contribute to the production of high quality products. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a converter output voltage stabilization method using a pulse counter.

The above object of the present invention comprises the steps of: detecting a current signal using a shunt for the current flowing through the resistor when the regenerative braking units 1 and 2 are switched when the output voltage of the converter exceeds a predetermined level; Amplifying and digitally converting the detected current signal to be easy to count, and then normalizing the current signal by a plurality of consecutive switching to a single count; Counting the number of operations of the regenerative braking units 1 and 2 and displaying the number of operations on the counter indicator through the sequential display control circuit; After switching to the fault detection mode by the selection of the dip switch, after the comparison of the count values through the interface between the regenerative braking units 1,2, the regenerative braking unit 1 when the accumulation of the error exceeds a certain value. It is an object of the present invention to provide a converter output voltage stabilization method using a pulse counter of a regenerative braking unit, which comprises a step of automatically determining a fault of 2 and automatically resetting a counter indicator.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a circuit relationship for explaining a method according to the present invention, in which a shunt (SHUNT) 8a, b is connected to a portion connecting the regenerative braking units 1, 2 (2, 3) and resistors 4a, b. ), And obtain the current waveforms 9 of the regenerative braking units 1, 2 (2, 3) generated from the lines drawn from the shunts 8a, b, respectively. If the predetermined number of counters of the current waveform (9) is different via the PCB (11a, b) is configured to determine whether there is a failure.

The circuit configuration for the counter according to the present invention is well known and the detailed description is omitted and is substituted in FIG.

Referring to Figures 2 to 4 with reference to the stabilization method of the present invention.

First, when the regenerative braking units 1, 2 (2, 3) are switched and the output voltage of the converter 1 exceeds a predetermined level, the shunt 8a, b is turned off. To detect the current signal 9.

At this time, the detected current is amplified by the input amplification circuit 12, normalized by the central processing unit 13 via an analog / digital conversion circuit as shown in FIG. 3, and the counter counted by the counter indicator 10 is displayed. Will be.

In this process, as shown in the current waveform 9 of FIG. 2, when the pulse voltage level at the time of operation occurs several millivolts or more, 22 consecutive switching operations are counted as one operation for about 2.8 sec. The longest operating time and shortest operating period of the regenerative braking unit that occur during normal operation are analyzed by scatterplot, and the predetermined time period is set as deadband and standardized by the program of the central processing unit 13.

When counted once through this standardization, the number of times that the counter is counted on the counter indicator 10 is displayed through the pull-up circuit 14 through the sequential display control circuit 15.

In addition, it is possible to display up to '9999' by the addition count method whenever it is countered, and it is switched to the fault detection mode by the selection of the dip switch 16, so that the accumulation of the error that is normally generated in terms of precision measurement is related to the fault detection level. The regenerative braking units 1, 2 (2, 3) are automatically reset and counted again from '0000' within the range of approximately 100 times.

When the reset switch 17 is reset, the value of the counter indicator 10 becomes '0000' first.

In addition, the failure detection method for monitoring the operation state of the regenerative braking unit is the interface of the central processing unit 13 to detect if any one of the regenerative braking units 1, 2 (2, 3) does not operate due to a failure By using the unit 18, the operation count count information is shared between the central processing unit 13a of the regenerative braking unit 1 (2) and the central processing unit 13b of the regenerative braking unit 2 (3), and the values are compared with each other. If the error of count value is more than several times, which is normal error that can occur for a certain period of time during normal operation in terms of precision measurement, it is provided as a function of determining and outputting the failure of the regenerative braking unit.

As described above, by automatically detecting the number of operation of the regenerative braking unit, it is possible to automatically detect and display the failure of the regenerative braking unit. Can be monitored.

The above-described control process is shown in detail in the flowchart of FIG. 4, and a description thereof will be omitted since it has been described above with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.

As described above, the present invention can easily monitor whether or not the regenerative braking unit is operating normally by accurately counting the number of regenerative braking units in the diode rectifier converter, which enables quick measures. The utility is enhanced in management.
