75데니어/36필라멘트의 폴리에스테르 가연사를 경사로 사용하고, 폴리에스테르(폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 95몰%) 도성분과 DMIS 가 5몰% 공중합되어 알칼리 이용해성을 갖는 공중합 폴리에스테르 해성분이 해도형으로 복합되어 있는 150데니어/32필라멘트(169도)의 해도형 복합섬유를 위사로 사용하여 주자직의 직물을 제직 하였다. 한편 125g/ℓ의 수산화나트륨 수용액을 만들어 충분히 교반한 후, 여기에 우레아 100g/ℓ, 대영화학회사의 스노겐 3YC-N(침투제) 10g/ℓ 및 니카코리아 회사의 KF-네오크리스탈 K-2500(분산제) 10g/ℓ를 첨가, 교반하여 해성분 용출액을 제조 하였다. 계속해서 상온의 해성분 용출액에 제직된 직물을 침지한 후 웨트 픽업(Wet Pick up) 율이 80%가 되도록 스퀴징하는 1딥(Dip)-1닙(Nip) 방식으로 처리한 다음, 상온에서 15시간 동안 에이징(Aeging) 시켰다. 계속해서, 에이징 처리된 직물을 냉수로 충분하게 수세하고, 분산염료인 C.I 분산염료 블루 79를 이용하여 1.5℃/분의 승온속도로 130℃까지 승온한후 60분간 염색 하였다. 염색직물의 각종 물성(특성)을 평가한 결과는 표 3과 같다.75 denier / 36 filament polyester twisted yarn is used as a warp, and the polyester (95% by mol of polyethylene terephthalate) and DMIS are copolymerized with 5 mol% of DMIS, so that the co-polyester sea component having alkali usability is mixed in an island-in-water type.
