Claims (20)

- 제 1 항에 있어서,실런트 유체 이젝터를 작동시켜 상기 분배된 생물활성 기질상으로 배리어 조성물 유체(620)를 분사시키는 단계(982)를 더 포함하는약제 제형 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유체 이젝터 액추에이터 작동 단계는, 유체 에너지 발생 요소(252, 352, 356, 360)를 소정의 회수(n) 작동시켜 생물활성 약제 디포짓의 면적 밀도를 상기 봉입 매체의 내부면상에 형성하는 2차원의 어레이내에 본질적으로 상기 생물활성 유체의 n개의 방울을 분사시키는 단계를 더 포함하는약제 제형제 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,삽입 유체 이젝터 본체를 반경 방향부를 갖는 봉입 삽입 매체(707, 708)의 개구부내에 삽입하는 단계(988)와,삽입 유체 이젝터 액추에이터를 작동시켜 상기 봉입 삽입 매체의 내부면(710', 710")의 적어도 일부분상에 삽입 생물활성 유체를 분사시키는 단계(990)와,삽입 생물활성 약제 디포짓의 삽입 면적 밀도를 상기 봉입 삽입 매체상에 형성하는 삽입 2차원의 어레이내에 상기 삽입 생물활성 유체를 분배하는 단계(992)로서, 상기 삽입 생물활성 약제 디포짓의 삽입 면적 밀도는 상기 봉입 삽입 매체의 반경 방향부로 생물활성 약제 구배를 형성하는, 상기 분배 단계(992)와,상기 봉입 삽입 매체를 상기 봉입 매체의 개구부내에 끼우는 단계(984)를 더 포함하는약제 제형 제조 방법.
- 약제 제형(700)에 있어서,제 4 항의 방법에 의해 제조된약제 제형.
- 약제 제형(500, 600, 601, 602, 700)에 있어서,제 1 항의 방법에 의해 제조된약제 제형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유체 이젝터 액추에이터 작동 단계는, 상기 유체 에너지 발생 요소(252, 352, 356, 360)의 각각의 작동을 위해 상기 봉입 매체의 내부면상에 상기 생물활성 유체의 방울을 본질적으로 디포짓시키는 상기 유체 에너지 발생 요소를 작동시키는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 방울은 약 5 팸토리터 내지 약 10 나노리터의 범위에 있는약제 제형 제조 방법.

- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 생물활성 기질의 적어도 하나의 별개 디포짓은 약 1 pg 내지 약 10 mg 범위의 무게인 적어도 하나의 미립자 디포짓(616)을 더 포함하는약제 제형.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 생물활성 기질은 방사성 물질인약제 제형.
- 약제 제형에 있어서,내부면(110, 110', 510, 610, 710)을 갖는 봉입 매체(106, 106', 406, 506,606)와,상기 봉입 매체의 내부면상의 생물활성 약제의 적어도 하나의 별개 디포짓을 발생시키는 수단을 포함하는약제 제형.

- 생물활성 유체 분배 시스템에 있어서,적어도 하나의 생물활성 유체 이젝터 헤드(100, 100', 200, 300)로서,내부면(110, 110', 510, 610, 710)을 갖는 약제 봉입 매체(106, 106', 406, 506, 606)의 개구부(108, 108', 408)내에 삽입되기에 적합한 유체 이젝터 본체(120, 220, 320)와,상기 유체 이젝터 본체상에 배치된 적어도 하나의 노즐(130, 230, 330, 332, 334)과,상기 적어도 하나의 노즐과 유체식으로 연통하는 유체 이젝터 액추에이터(150, 250, 350, 354, 358)로서, 상기 유체 이젝터 액추에이터의 작동은 상기 약제 봉입 매체의 내부면상의 분리된 소정의 위치상에 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐을 통하여 생물활성 유체를 분사시키는, 상기 유체 이젝터 액추에이터(150, 250, 350, 354, 358)를 포함하는, 상기 적어도 하나의 생물활성 유체 이젝터 헤드(100, 100', 200, 300)와;상기 유체 이젝터 액추에이터에 작동식으로 결합된 유체 제어기(490)와;상기 약제 봉입 매체를 고정하기에 적합한 적어도 하나의 봉입 매체 홀더(486)를 포함하며, 상기 유체 제어기는 상기 유체 이젝터 액추에이터를 작동시켜 상기 약제 봉입 매체의 내부면상에 생물활성 유체를 분사시키는생물활성 유체 분배 시스템.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 봉입 매체 홀더 및 상기 유체 제어기는 상기 약제 봉입 매체의 내부면상으로 2차원의 어레이내의 상기 생물활성 유체를 분배하는생물활성 유체 분배 시스템.
