Claims (26)
- 왓슨-크릭 상보적 염기 상호작용 또는 상동성 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합된 2개 이상의 평행 또는 역평행 이종중합 핵염기-함유 서열을 포함하는 아프타머(aptamer)를 제공하나, 단 (a) 상기 아프타머가 단일-가닥인 경우, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 상동성 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합되고, (b) 상기 아프타머가 이중나선이고 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 서로 역평행인 경우, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 상동성 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합되는 것인 단계; 및상기 아프타머를 리간드와 접촉시켜 핵염기:핵염기의 왓슨 크릭 염기 쌍형성이 아닌 상호작용에 의해 상기 리간드가 상기 아프타머에 결합되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는, 리간드의 결합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제공 단계가 상기 아프타머를 용액중에, 고형 지지체상에, 시험관내에, 생체내에 또는 컴퓨터내(in silico)에 위치시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제공 단계가 상기 아프타머를 생물체에 투여하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아프타머가 상기 리간드의 생물학적 활성을 변경시키는 유효량으로 투여되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아프타머를 표지하고, 상기 리간드 또는 상기 리간드와 리간드에 결합된 제2 리간드의 검출 유효량으로 투여하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제공 단계가 상기 아프타머를 시험 매질에 위치시키는 것을 포함하고, 상기 시험 매질 중에서 상기 리간드의 존재 또는 부재를 검출하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아프타머가 이중나선을 포함하고, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 평행 방향으로 왓슨-크릭 상보적 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합된 것인 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아프타머가 삼중나선을 포함하고, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 평행 또는 역평행 방향으로 상동성 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아프타머가 사중나선을 포함하고, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 평행 또는 역평행 방향으로 왓슨-크릭 상보적 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아프타머가 사중나선을 포함하고, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 평행 또는 역평행 방향으로 상동성 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리간드가 단백질 또는 펩티드를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리간드에 핵염기가 없는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개 이상의 서열에서 일부 핵염기가 쌍형성되지 않은 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 가교된 2개 이상의 핵산 가닥에 함유된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아프타머가 아프타자임(aptazyme)인 방법.
- 왓슨-크릭 상보적 염기 상호작용 또는 상동성 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합된 2개 이상의 평행 또는 역평행 이종중합 핵염기-함유 서열을 포함하는 아프타자임을 제공하나, 단, (a) 상기 아프타자임이 단일-가닥인 경우, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 상동성 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합되고, (b) 상기 아프타자임이 이중나선이고 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 서로 역평행인 경우, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 상동성 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합되는 것인 단계; 및리간드를 상기 아프타자임과 접촉시켜 상기 리간드가 관여하는 반응을 촉매하는 단계를 포함하는, 상기 반응의 촉매화 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 리간드가 1개 이상의 아미노산 서열, 핵산 서열, 탄수화물 및 지질을 함유하는 방법.
- 왓슨-크릭 상보적 염기 상호작용 또는 상동성 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합된 2개 이상의 평행 또는 역평행 이종중합 핵염기-함유 서열을 포함하나, 단 (a)상기 아프타머가 단일-가닥인 경우, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 상동성 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합되고, (b) 상기 아프타머가 이중나선이고 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 서로 역평행인 경우, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 상동성 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합되는 것인 아프타머.
- 제20항에 있어서, 이중나선을 포함하고, 상기 2개 이상의 서열이 서로 평행하며 왓슨 크릭 상보적 염기 상호작용에 의해 함께 결합된 것인 아프타머.
