Abstract

PURPOSE: An elvan powder ceramic ink for printing and its preparation method are provided, to obtain a harmful material and heavy metal-decomposing effect, a mineral eluting effect, a water purifying effect and a far infrared ray-emitting effect by using elvan. CONSTITUTION: The elvan powder ceramic ink comprises elvan powder having a size of 20-200 nm; a vehicle having the fluidity for delivering the elvan powder to the surface to be printed; an oil; a solvent; and an auxiliary. Preferably the elvan powder ink comprises 25 wt% of elvan powder; 30 wt% of a rosin modified phenol resin; 10 wt% of linseed oil; 30 wt% of a hydrocarbon-based solvent; and 5 wt% of a solvent compound drier. Also the elvan powder ink comprises 25 wt% of a elvan powder; 30 wt% of polyurethane; 10 wt% of linseed oil; 30 wt% of an alcohol; and 5 wt% of a solvent compound drier. The method comprises the steps of dissolving a resin in an oil; mixing the elvan powder and other materials with the solution; dispersing the mixture solution; and controlling the physical properties of the obtained one.
