(a)동물 치료용 및/또는 수의학용 시약의 활성 농약 성분 0.1 내지 10 wt%,
(b)(ⅰ)피마자유 에톡실레이트 또는 트리스티릴 페놀 에톡실레이트 0 내지 10 wt%,
(ⅱ)pH 완충제로서의 에톡실화 인산 0 내지 1 wt%,
(ⅲ)N-C8-C18알킬 피롤리돈 0.0002 내지 4 wt%, 및
(ⅳ)N-C1-C4알킬 피롤리돈 0 내지 6 wt%를 포함하는 마이크로에멀션 농축물 0.0002 내지 40 wt%,
(c)샴푸 특성을 갖는 계면활성제, 및
(d)물을 포함하고, (c)+(d)는 50 내지 99.4 wt%인 안정한 약용 동물용 제제.

Description

안정한 약용 동물 치료제{STABLE MEDICATED ANIMAL CARE FORMULATION}
케이. 나라야난(K. Narayanan)은 미국 특허 6,045,816에서, 과일 및 야채를 처리하기 위해서 활성물질을 대량으로 전달하기 위한 활성 피레트로이드(pyrethroid) 살충제의 수성-기제 마이크로에멀션을 기술했다. 상기 특허의 개시내용은 본원에서 참조로 인용된다. 본 발명에서는 나라야난의 마이크로에멀션 매트릭스, 또는 이의 변형된 매트릭스를 포함하는, 동물 외부의 기생충을 억제하기 위한 안정한 약용 샴푸제를 제공한다.
발명의 개요
본원에서 기술하는 것은 하기 성분을 포함하는 안정한 약용 동물 치료제이다:
(a)동물 치료용 및/또는 수의학용 시약의 활성 농약 성분 0.1 내지 10 wt%,
(b)(ⅰ)피마자유 에톡실레이트 또는 트리스티릴 페놀 에톡실레이트 0 내지 10 wt%,
(ⅱ)pH 완충제로서의 에톡실화 인산 0 내지 1 wt%,
(ⅲ)N-C8-C18알킬 피롤리돈 0.0002 내지 4 wt%, 및
(ⅳ)N-C1-C4알킬 피롤리돈 0 내지 6 wt%를 포함하는 마이크로에멀션 농축물 0.0002 내지 40 wt%,
(c)샴푸 특성을 갖는 계면활성제, 및
(d)물.
본 발명의 바람직한 양태에서, (a)는 살충제, 가장 바람직하게는 퍼메트린(permethrin), 델타메트린(deltamethrin), D-알레트린(D-allethrin), 피페로닐 부톡사이드(piperonyl butoxide), 바이오레스메트린(bioresmethrin), 펜코노졸(penconozole), D-알레트린/피페로닐 부톡사이드의 혼합물, 또는 D-알레트린/퍼메트린/테트라메트린(tetramethrin)/피페로닐 부톡사이드의 혼합물이다.
또한 바람직하게는, 상기 제제의 (c)와 (d)의 총량은 50 내지 99.4 wt%이고, (b)(ⅲ)는 N-옥틸 피롤리돈 또는 N-도데실 피롤리돈이며, (b)(ⅳ)는 N-메틸 피롤리돈이다.
본 발명은 동물 치료제, 및 보다 구체적으로는 동물 외부의 기생충을 억제하기 위해서 동물에게 처리하기 위한 안정한 약용 샴푸제에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서는, 외부에 기생충이 있을 것으로 의심되는 동물에게 처리하기 위한, 살충제(예컨대, 피레트로이드)와 같은 활성 농약 성분을 함유하는 약용 샴푸제내에 이하 MICROFLEX-1으로 언급되는 나라야난의 마이크로에멀션 매트릭스, 또는 이의 변형된 형태가 존재한다.
본 발명의 제제는 하기 성분을 포함한다:
(a)활성 농약 성분 0.1 내지 10 wt%;
(b)(ⅰ)피마자유 에톡실레이트 또는 트리스티릴 페놀 0 내지 10 wt%,
(ⅱ)에톡실화 인산 0 내지 1 wt%,
(ⅲ)N-C8-C18알킬 피롤리돈 0.0002 내지 4 wt%, 및
(ⅳ)N-C1-C4알킬 피롤리돈 0 내지 6 wt%를 포함하는 MICROFLEX-1 0.00002 내지 40 wt%;
(c)샴푸 특성을 갖는 계면활성제, 예컨대 음이온성 계면활성제;
(d)물.
상기 성분에서 (c)+(d)는 50 내지 99.4 wt% 이다.
바람직하게는, (b)(ⅱ) 및 (ⅳ) 둘다 존재하고, (b)(ⅲ)는 옥틸 피롤리돈 또는 도데실 피롤리돈이며, (b)(ⅳ)는 메틸 피롤리돈이다. 변형된 MICROFLEX-1 매트릭스에서는, 필수적으로 (b)(ⅲ)만 존재하고 이는 바람직하게는 N-도데실 피롤리돈이다.
일반적으로, 본원에서 사용하는 농약 활성 성분은 살충제, 바람직하게는 피레트로이드인데, 이는 잘 알려져 있고 널리 사용되고 있는 살충제 종류이며, 사이퍼메트린(cypermethrin), o-알레트린, 퍼메트린, 피페로닐 부톡사이드 및 테트라메트린이 이의 대표적인 예이다.

제조과정:
나트륨 라우레트 황산염을 물에 용해시킨다.
용액을 65℃까지 가열한다.
코카미도프로필-베타인 및 코카미드 DEA를 첨가한다.
용액이 균질해질 때까지 혼합물을 교반한다.
45℃까지 냉각한다.
혼합물에 시트르산 용액을 첨가하고 교반한다.
실온까지 냉각한다.
투명하고 점성이 있는 액체를 형성시킨다.
[샴푸 점도(LUT/4 sp 12 rpm/min): 7500 cps]
실시예 1
퍼메트린 1.0 g을 Microflex-1 5.0 g에 첨가하고(용액 A) 10분 동안 회전식 휠(rotary wheel)로 혼합했다. 용액 A 6 g을 샴푸제 A 94 g에 첨가하고 시료를 5분 동안 회전식 휠로 혼합했다.
퍼메트린-샴푸 혼합물은 적어도 3개월 동안 안정한, 투명하고 균질한 용액이었다.

퍼메트린 1.0 g을 Microflex-1 9.0 g에 첨가하고(용액 B) 10분 동안 회전식 휠로 혼합했다. 용액 B 10 g을 샴푸제 A 90 g에 첨가하고 시료를 5분 동안 회전식 휠로 혼합했다.
퍼메트린-샴푸 혼합물은 적어도 3개월 동안 안정한, 투명하고 균질한 용액이었다.
실시예 3
N-도데실 피롤리돈(Agsol EX-12)을 사용하여 샴푸제중에 퍼메트린(피레트로이드)을 용해시킴으로써 살충제 특성을 갖는 안정한 약용 샴푸를 제조했다. 즉, 퍼메트린 1 g을 5 g의 Agsol EX-12와 함께 샴푸제 B 94 g에 첨가했다. 피레트로이드가 완전히 분산되어 약간 혼탁한 샴푸를 형성할 때까지 시료를 혼합했고, 이러한 샴푸는 7일 이상 안정했다.
본 발명을 구체적인 참고문헌과 함께 특정 구체예에 대해서 기술했지만, 당업계의 기술내에서 변경 및 변형이 가능함을 이해하고 있을 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 하기 청구항에 의해서만 구속하고자 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. (a)동물 치료용 및/또는 수의학용 시약의 활성 농약 성분 0.1 내지 10 wt%,
    (b)(ⅰ)피마자유 에톡실레이트 또는 트리스티릴 페놀 에톡실레이트 0 내지 10 wt%,
    (ⅱ)pH 완충제로서의 에톡실화 인산 0 내지 1 wt%,
    (ⅲ)N-C8-C18알킬 피롤리돈 0.0002 내지 4 wt%, 및
    (ⅳ)N-C1-C4알킬 피롤리돈 0 내지 6 wt%를 포함하는 마이크로에멀션 농축물 0.0002 내지 40 wt%,
    (c)샴푸 특성을 갖는 계면활성제, 및
    (d)물을 포함하는 안정한 약용 동물 치료제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (a)가 살충제인 안정한 약용 동물 치료제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, (a)가 퍼메트린, 델타메트린, D-알레트린, 피페로닐 부톡사이드, 바이오레스메트린, 펜코노졸, D-알레트린/피페로닐 부톡사이드의 혼합물, 또는 D-알레트린/퍼메트린/테트라메트린/피페로닐 부톡사이드의 혼합물인 안정한 약용 동물 치료제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (c)와 (d)의 합이 50 내지 99.4 wt%인 안정한 약용 동물 치료제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (b)(ⅲ)는 N-옥틸 피롤리돈 또는 N-도데실 피롤리돈이고, (b)(ⅳ)는 N-메틸 피롤리돈인 안정한 약용 동물 치료제.
