Claims (13)
- S. typhi의 항원 성분인 Vi 다당류와 단백질이 결합된 접합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 진단시약에 적합한 진단시약용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기의 Vi 다당류와 단백질의 중량비는 0.5 내지 3.0 인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 진단시약에 적합한 진단시약용 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기의 단백질은 인간유래 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 진단시약에 적합한 진단시약용 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기의 단백질은 인간에게 면역이나 항체생성을 목적으로 투여된 적이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 진단시약에 적합한 진단시약용 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기의 단백질은 알부민, 글로불린, 헤모글로빈 등의 혈장유래 단백질; 인슐린, 성장 호르몬, GCFS 등의 호르몬 단백질; 콜라젠, 엘라스틴, 케라틴 등의 구조 단백질; 카제인 등의 영양 단백질; 뱀의 독소 또는 식물성 독 단백질인 리신 등의 독성 단백질 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 진단시약에 적합한 진단시약용 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기의 단백질은 알부민인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 진단시약에 적합한 진단시약용 조성물.
- 감작된 적혈구에S. typhi의 항원인 Vi 다당류 및 단백질의 접합체를 흡착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 측정용 수동적혈구응집 진단시약.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기의 감작된 적혈구에 흡착된 Vi 다당류와 단백질의 중량비는 0.5 내지 3.0 인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 측정용 수동적혈구응집 진단시약.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기의 감작된 적혈구에 흡착된 단백질은 인간유래 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 측정용 수동적혈구응집 진단시약.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기의 감작된 적혈구에 흡착된 단백질은 인간에게 면역이나 항체생성을 목적으로 투여된 적이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 측정용 수동적혈구응집 진단시약.
