Claims (2)
- 테스트실(20b)을 구비하는 본체(20)의 양측으로 드럼(11)의 공급장치(10)와 배출장치(30)가 연결 설치되고, 상기 테스트실(20b)에는 본체(20)의 내부로 공급된 드럼(11)의 상단부에 밀착되는 헤드플레이트(27)가 헤드실린더(26)와 함께 설치되어 드럼(11)의 상부 주입구(11a)(11b)와 상기 헤드플레이트(27)의 사이에 형성된 밀폐공간을 통하여 드럼(11)의 기밀상태를 측정하도록 한 것에 있어서,상기 드럼(11)의 기밀 테스트수단(40)은 진공펌프(42)(42')와 연결된 진공탱크(41)로부터 진공용 솔레노이드 밸브(44)를 구비하는 진공라인(43)이 연장되어 이 진공라인(43)이 상기 헤드플레이트(27)의 일측을 관통하도록 설치되고,상기 헤드플레이트(27)의 타측에는 진공변위센서(45)와 진공차단센서(46)를 구비하는 진공측정라인(43')이 관통 설치되며,상기 진공용 솔레노이드 밸브(44)와 헤드플레이트(27)의 사이에 해당하는 진공라인(43)에는 에어탱크(48)로부터 공압용 솔레노이드 밸브(44')를 구비한 상태로 연장되는 공압라인(47)이 진공라인(43)과 연결 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼용 기밀테스트 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 진공펌프(42)(42')는 레귤레이터(49)를 구비하는 리턴라인(50)에 의하여 에어탱크(48)와 연결 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼용 기밀테스트 장치.
