Claims (8)
- 하우징;상기 하우징의 적소에 설치되는 광원 램프;상기 광원 램프와 대향되도록 설치되며, 광원 램프에서 출사되는 광 중 적외선만을 투과시키는 적외선 투과필터;상기 광원 램프와 적외선 투과 필터 사이에 위치되어 상기 광원 램프에서 출사되는 가시광을 반사시키기 위한 가시광 반사수단; 및상기 광원 램프 및 적외선 투과필터에서 방출되는 열을 방출하기 위한 냉각 시스템을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 적외선 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가시광 반사수단은 상기 적외선 투과필터의 광원과 마주보는 면상에 가시광 반사필터의 특성을 코팅처리한 가시광 반사코팅층임을 특징으로 하는 적외선 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가시광 반사수단은 적외선 이외의 빛은 반사하고, 적외선만을 투과시키는 가시광 반사필터임을 특징으로 하는 적외선 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광원 램프와 가시광 반사수단 사이에는 상기 광원램프와의 거리가 조절되어 소망하는 집광각을 형성할 수 있도록 집광렌즈가 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 적외선 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광원램프의 후방에는 상기 광원램프에서 출사되는 광을 상기 적외선 투과필터 방향으로 반사시키기 위하여 소정의 리플렉터를 추가로 설치함을 특징으로 하는 조명장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 리플렉터는 반사면상에 적외선을 반사시키는 내열성 유전체 코팅처리를 한 곡면 반사경임을 특징으로 하는 적외선 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉각 시스템은,공기를 유입시키기 위한 공기 흡입구;상기 공기 흡입구로부터 흡입된 공기가 상기 광원램프, 가시광 반사수단 및 적외선 투과필터를 통해 순환되어 배출되는 공기 배출구;상기 공기 흡입구와 공기 배출구 근처에 빛의 외부 유출을 방지하기 위하여 교차 장착되는 적어도 2개의 차단막; 및상기 공기 배출구로부터 배출되는 공기를 외부로 방출시키기 위한 팬을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 적외선 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광원 램프는 메탈 할라이드 램프, 나트륨 램프, 할로겐등의 불활성 가스 램프와 같은 일반 조명 램프임을 특징으로 하는 적외선 조명장치.
