Claims (14)
- 멀티칩 발광 다이오드 패키지(10)로서,지지 부재(12)와,상기 지지 부재(12) 위에 배치된 적어도 두 개의 발광 다이오드 칩(14)과,상기 발광 다이오드(14)의 광 출력에 관련되는 정보를 제어기(30)에 알리기 위한, 상기 지지 부재(12) 상에 배치된 적어도 하나의 센서(15)를 포함하는, 멀티칩 발광 다이오드 패키지(10).

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 열 피드백 센서(18)를 추가로 포함하는, 멀티칩 발광 다이오드 패키지(10).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 센서(15)는 아날로그 신호 출력을 생성하며, 상기 적어도 하나의 센서(15)에 의해 생성된 상기 아날로그 신호 출력을 디지털 신호 출력으로 변환하기 위한 상기 지지 부재(12)상에 배치된 신호 처리 회로(20)를 추가로 포함하는, 멀티칩 발광 다이오드 패키지(10).
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 신호 처리 회로(20)는 아날로그-디지털 변환 논리 회로(24)를 포함하는, 멀티칩 발광 다이오드 패키지(10).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 센서(15)의 출력을 상기 제어기(30)에 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 적어도 하나의 디지털 신호 포트(32)를 추가로 포함하는, 멀티칩 발광 다이오드 패키지(10).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발광 다이오드(14)의 광 출력을 조정하기 위한 광학부(optics)(22)를 추가로 포함하는, 멀티칩 발광 다이오드 패키지(10).
- 광 생성기로서,지지 부재(12)를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 멀티칩 발광 다이오드 패키지(10)와상기 지지 부재(12)상에 배치된 적어도 두 개의 발광 다이오드 칩(14)과상기 발광 다이오드(14)의 광 출력에 관련되는 정보를 제어기(30)로 알리기 위한, 상기 지지 부재(12) 상에 배치된 적어도 하나의 센서(15)를 포함하는, 광 생성기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 센서(15)는 광 피드백 센서(16)를 포함하는, 광 생성기.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 열 피드백 센서(18)를 추가로 포함하는, 광 생성기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 센서(15)는 아날로그 신호 출력을 생성하며, 상기 적어도 하나의 센서(15)에 의해 생성된 상기 아날로그 신호 출력을 디지털 신호 출력으로 변환하기 위한, 상기 지지 부재(12) 상에 배치된 신호 처리 회로(20)를 추가로 포함하는, 광 생성기.
