A plurality of vacuum cups(7) is mounted by a connection bar(9). The vacuum cups are connected to a vacuum pump(11) and a vacuum pipe(13). An opening valve(15) is installed to open/close the vacuum pipe by the control of a controller(17). A vibration generating member is provided to generate vibration in lower side of the fixing frame.
