Claims (9)
- 주입할 수 있는 원료, 특히 먼지형태의 가연물을 연속해서 비중계에 의해 중량측정하기 위한 중량측정장치에 있어서,원료유동은 회전축 둘레에 추진된 중량측정 회전자와 함께 순간하중을 조사함으로써 측정구간을 지나 주입구로부터 옮겨져 배치된 배출구 쪽으로 운반되며, 또한, 원료유동은 측정구간을 넘어 유도된 원료유동의 순간하중을 파악하는 동력감지기에 의해 운반되며, 최소한 중간 개구부(7)쪽 방향으로 옮겨진 배출구(37)가 달린 두 번째 중량측정 회전자(33)가 동일 축으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중량측정 회전자(3, 33)로써 기본적으로 방사상으로 회전하는 구동체 브릿지(11)와 함께 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량측정장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 구동체 브릿지(11)가 방사형의 외부 끝부분에서 바깥쪽 고리(14)와 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량측정장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 중량측정 회전자(3, 33)의 바깥쪽 고리(14)가 그때 그때마다 주변 틈(16)을 형성하여 케이스(4)의 지름보다도 좀 더 작은 지름을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량측정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첫 번째 내지는 상부 중량측정 회전자(3)가 중간 개구부(7)를 지지하는 케이스(4)의 브릿지 벽(23) 위에서 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량측정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첫 번째 내지는 상부 중량측정 회전자(3)가 두 번째 하부 중량측정 회전자(33)보다도 더 작은 높이를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량측정장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첫 번째 내지는 바로 다음의 중량측정 회전자(33)가 첫 번째 중량측정 회전자(3)보다도 더 높은 회전속도로 추진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량측정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간 개구부(7)와 배출구 (37)가 180°로 서로 옮겨져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량측정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주입구(5)와 배출구(37)가 360° 또는 그 이상으로, 특히 3개의 중량측정 회전자의 경우에는 540° 그리고 경우에 따라 4개의 중량측정 회전자의 경우에는 720°씩 서로 옮겨져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량측정장치.
