Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- (a) 소듐실리케이트의 수용액을 이와 별도로 제조된 중조 수용액과 혼합하여 반응액을 생성하고, (b) 생성된 반응액을 가열 반응시켜 슬러리를 형성하며, (c) 형성된 슬러리를 건조시켜 분말을 생성하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 소듐세스퀴카보네이트와 층상실리케이트로 구성된 분말을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 단계에서 소듐실리케이트의 SiO2: Na2O 비율이 2.1 : 1 내지 3.8 : 1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (b) 단계에서 100℃ 내지 150℃의 온도로 가열하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 3항에 있어서, (b) 단계에서 슬러리가 50% 내지 70%의 수분 함량을 갖는 방법.
- (a) 소듐실리케이트와 중조를 함께 물과 혼합하여 반응액을 생성하고, (b) 생성된 반응액을 가열 반응시켜 슬러리를 형성하며, (c) 형성된 슬러리를 건조시켜 분말을 생성하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 소듐세스퀴카보네이트와 층상실리케이트로 구성된 분말을 제조하는 방법.
