Claims (1)
- 냉동식 드라이어의 A-W 열교환기의 타공망 형태의 가이드 베인이 장착한 고효율 열교환기에 관한 것으로, 열교환기 유입구 부분에 확대관과 튜브측 입구 부분에 장착된 가이드 베인;열교환기내 유입되는 1차 유동의 균일성을 위해 유입구 형상이 확대형상으로 형성된 확대관이 열교환기 유입구에 설치되고, 2차 유동의 박리와 균일성을 형성할 수 있도록 하는 타공망 형태의 가이드 베인;상기 가이드 베인이 열교환기 내부의 플랜지에 설치되고, 가이드 베인이 유동 균등분배를 할 수 있도록 타공망을 통해 제어하는 제어수단;상기 제어수단을 통해 냉동식 드라이어의 A-W 열교환기의 박리유동과 균등분배의 유동을 형성하는 각기 일정한 구멍으로 이루어진 타공망 형태의 가이드 베인을 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동식 드라이어 A-W 열교환기.
