Abstract
본고안은 건식 소일시멘트 공법에 있어서 균등한 포설을 하며 재료 분리를 방지하고 1회 포장으로 마무리하기 위하여 휘니샤로 포설 하면 가장 이상적이나 아스콘과 달리 점성이 전혀 없는 흙은 분쇄혼합 과정에서 완전히 흐트러진 상태이므로 일정두께(20㎝)이상 포설후 로라로 전압 하면 혼합재가 로라의 전진 방향으로 밀리 면서 연속적인 횡크랙을 형성하게 된다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 1차 포설후 가전압을 한 다음에 2차 포설을 할수 있으나 가전압후 매끄러운 다짐 면 위에 다시 2차 포설 후 다짐을 하면 접착이 이루어지지 않아 역시 밀리면서 횡 크랙이 형성되게되며 2중 포설의 번거로움이 따르게된다 . 이를 방지 하며 1회의 포설로 끝내기 위한 흙 포장용 포설장비에 관한 것 으로서,In this paper, it is ideal to install evenly in dry Soil Cement process, and to install it with whiskers to prevent material separation and to finish it in one packing.
