Abstract

본 고안은 마루판에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 다수의 섬유층을 열압하여 형성한 고밀도 섬유판을 기재층으로 하여 상하면에 나무결이 서로 엇갈려 형성한 보강층을 적층하고 그 일측에 천연무늬목층과 UV코팅층을 순차적으로 적층하되, 상기 기재층은 가로로 열압된 고밀도섬유판과 세로로 열압된 고밀도섬유판을 혼합구성하여 이루어짐으로 하중에 대한 강도가 향상된 마루판에 관한 것이다.
상기 마루판은 다수의 원목층과 고밀도섬유판으로 구성된 마루판에 있어서, 가로결을 갖는 고밀도섬유판으로 형성하되, 상기 고밀도섬유판의 길이방향으로 세로결을 갖는 고밀도섬유바가 다수 합취되어 형성되고, 네 단부에는 결합수단이 형성되어 있는 기재층(20)과; 상기 기재층의 상하부에 부착되어 변형을 방지하도록 두개의 원목판을 나무결이 엇갈리도록 부착형성한 제1(30a) 및 제2보강층(30b)과; 상기 제1보강층(30a)의 상부에 적층되어 나무무늬를 표출하기 위한 천연무늬목층(40)과; 상기 천연무늬목층(40)의 파손을 방지하기 위해 코팅되는 UV코팅층(50);을 포함하여 구성된다.
이와같이 구조의 본 고안은 기재층을 형성하는 가로결의 고밀도섬유판 길이방향으로 다수의 세로결을 갖는 고밀도섬유바를 합취(合聚)하여 온도의 변화에 따른 휨현상을 최소화함과 동시에 기재층의 두께변화 없이 하중에 대한 강도를 향상시킬 수 있는 마루판의 제공이 가능하게 되었다.

Description

강도가 향상된 마루판{Floor board improved strength}
본 고안은 마루판에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 다수의 섬유층을 열압하여 형성한 고밀도 섬유판을 기재층으로 하여 상하면에 나무결이 서로 엇갈려 형성한보강층을 적층하고 그 일측에 천연무늬목층과 UV코팅층을 순차적으로 적층하되, 상기 기재층은 가로로 열압된 고밀도섬유판과 세로로 열압된 고밀도섬유판을 혼합구성하여 이루어짐으로 하중에 대한 강도가 향상된 마루판에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 마루판의 재질을 원목 하나로만 제조되어 있어 온도변화 또는 함수율의 증감에 따라 자체적으로 휨현상등의 변형이 발생된다. 또한, 마루판의 두께를 일정 두께 이상으로 하지 않으면 하중에 의한 변형도 발생하게 되나, 상기 하중에 의한 변형을 방지하기 위해 고가의 원목 두께를 두껍게 형성하는 것은 원자재비의 상승을 초래하여 보급가를 높이게 됨으로 결과적으로 생산성을 저하시키는 문제점이 야기 된다.
따라서, 근래에는 생산비를 낮추기 위해 강도가 탁월한 중밀도 섬유판(MDF) 및 고밀도 섬유판(HDF ;High Density Fiberboard)을 기재로 하여 그 상하부에 원목을 적층한 마루판이 제공되고 있다.
그러나, 상기 고밀도 섬유판은 원목을 목섬유(fiber) 형태로 만들어 합성수지인 결합제를 첨가한 뒤 고온고압으로 압축해 만들기 때문에 얇은 다수의 층 또는 결이 형성되어 있다. 그러므로, 상기 형성된 결의 면 상에서 상하좌우로는 강도가 강하지만 면의 상하 방향으로는 상대적으로 강도가 약하다. 즉, 강한 재질임에도 불구하고 적층하는 방향에 따라 강도의 차이가 발생되는 것이다.
따라서, 본 고안은 상기 종래의 문제점을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로,
기재층을 형성하는 가로결의 고밀도섬유판 길이방향으로 다수의 세로결을 갖는 고밀도섬유바를 합취(合聚)하여 온도의 변화에 따른 휨현상을 최소화하고, 하중에 대한 강도가 향상된 마루판의 제공을 목적으로 한다.

상기 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 마루판은,
다수의 원목층과 고밀도섬유판으로 구성된 마루판에 있어서, 가로결을 갖는 고밀도섬유판으로 형성하되, 상기 고밀도섬유판의 길이방향으로 세로결을 갖는 고밀도섬유바가 다수 합취되어 형성되고, 네 단부에는 결합수단이 형성되어 있는 기재층과; 상기 기재층의 상하부에 부착되어 변형을 방지하도록 두개의 원목판을 나무결이 엇갈리도록 부착형성한 제1 및 제2보강층과; 상기 제1보강층의 상부에 적층되어 나무무늬를 표출하기 위한 천연무늬목층과; 상기 천연무늬목층의 파손을 방지하기 위해 코팅되는 UV코팅층;을 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 고밀도섬유바는 여러장의 섬유층으로 구성되어 결이 형성된 고밀도섬유판과 동일한 재질이다. 다만, 기존의 가로결로 적층되는 고밀도섬유판과는 결을 방향을 다르게 세로로 삽입한 것이다.
또한, 상기 기재층의 결합수단은, 폭방향과 길이방향의 일측단면에는 결합돌기가 형성되어 있고, 상기 폭방향과 길이방향의 타측단면에는 상기 결합돌기와 대응되는 결합홈이 형성됨을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 마루판을 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안의 바람직한 실시일예에 따른 강도가 향상된 마루판의 사시도이며, 도 2는 도 1의 A-A단면도이고, 도 3은 본 고안의 다른 실시일예에 따른 요부의 확대 단면도이다.
도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와같이 본 고안에 따른 마루판(10)은 기재층(20)과, 상기 기재층의 상하부에 부착되는 제1보강층(30a) 및 제2보강층(30b)과, 상기 제1보강층(30a)의 상면에 적층되는 천연무늬목층(40)과, 상기 천연무늬목층의 상면에 적층되는 UV코팅층(50)으로 구성된다.
상기 기재층(20)은 고밀도섬유판(HDF; High Density Fiberboard)으로 형성되는 것으로, 상기 고밀도섬유판은 강도가 탁월하고 휨현상을 최소화한 합판의 대체재이다. 이러한 고밀도 섬유판은 비중이 0.85~1.20g/cm3으로 밀도가 높고, 제조가 섬유질과 결합재를 이용하여 다단 적층한 후 열압하는 방식으로 이루어져 섬유판 자체는 일정한 층(결)을 갖고 있으며, 상기 층의 수직방향과 수평방향에 따른 약간의 강도 차이가 있다.
따라서, 본 고안은 수직 및 수평장향에 따른 강도의 차이를 줄이기 위해 일반적으로 적층되는 가로결을 갖는 고밀도섬유판을 일정 폭으로 절단하여 결을 세로로해서 합취한 것이다. 즉, 기재층의 두께를 증가시키지 않고 가로결의 고밀도섬유판(21)과 세로결의 고밀도섬유바(22)를 수평방향으로 합취하여 일체화함으로서 다방면에 대해 강도를 증가시킨 것이다.
이때 상기 기재층의 합취방법으로 양단부는 가로결의 고밀도섬유판(21)으로형성하고 그 사이에 하나 또는 다수개의 고밀도섬유바(22)를 삽입하는 형식을 취할 수 있다. 상기 양단부를 가로결의 고밀도섬유판(21)으로 형성하는 것은, 상기 단부에 다른 바닥판과 결합하기 위한 수단인 결합돌기(23) 및 결합홈(24)이 형성되어 있어, 이 결합부분에서 하중에 의한 모멘트가 발생하기 때문이다. 따라서, 양단부를 세로결의 고밀도섬유판을 사용할 경우에는 결합돌기(23) 및 결합홈(24)이 고밀도섬유판의 결을 따라 파손될 수 있기 때문에 결에 의한 파손을 방지하기 위해 결합돌기 및 결합홈부분에는 가로결의 고밀도섬유판(21)을 사용하는 것이다.
한편, 상기 제1보강층(30a) 및 제2보강층(30b)은 원목을 얇게 절단하여 결을 달리하는 방향으로 다수 적층시켜 결합한 것으로, 통상의 여러판을 결착시킨 합판과 유사한 구조이다. 그러나 본 고안에서 사용되는 원목판은 상판을 구성하는 천연원목층과 유사한 양질의 원목을 이용하여 결이 서로 교차되도록 적층한 것으로 온도변화에 대한 변형을 최소화한 것이다. 이러한 보강층은 본원에 상술한 방법인 두장의 원목판을 접착시켜 형성하거나, 강도를 증가시킬 목적으로 다수의 원목판을 적층하는 방법으로 형성시킬 수 있다.
또한, 상기 천연무늬목층(40)은 마루판이 시각적으로 외부에 표출되는 부분으로서 고급스러운 미감을 자아내도록 다양한 형태의 나무결 또는 다양한 색상의 나무결 무늬를 형성하게 할 수 있다.
마지막으로 상기 천연무늬목층의 상부에는 UV코팅층(50)을 형성함으로서 마루판의 표면을 보호함과 동시에 광택을 부여하여 고급스러운 미감을 더욱 증대시킬수 있게 하였다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 고안의 마루판은,
기재층을 형성하는 가로결의 고밀도섬유판 길이방향으로 다수의 세로결을 갖는 고밀도섬유바를 합취(合聚)하여 온도의 변화에 따른 휨현상을 최소화함과 동시에 기재층의 두께변화 없이 하중에 대한 강도를 향상시킬 수 있는 마루판의 제공이 가능하게 되었다.
한편, 상기 서술한 예는, 본 고안을 설명하고자하는 예일 뿐이다. 따라서 본 고안이 속하는 기술분야의 통상적인 전문가가 본 상세한 설명을 참조하여 부분변경 사용한 것도 본 고안의 범위에 속하는 것은 당연한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 다수의 원목층과 고밀도섬유판으로 구성된 마루판에 있어서,
    가로결을 갖는 고밀도섬유판으로 형성하되, 상기 고밀도섬유판의 길이방향으로 세로결을 갖는 고밀도섬유바가 다수 합취되어 형성되고, 네 단부에는 결합수단이 형성되어 있는 기재층(20)과;
    상기 기재층의 상하부에 부착되어 변형을 방지하도록 두개의 원목판을 나무결이 엇갈리도록 부착형성한 제1(30a) 및 제2보강층(30b)과;
    상기 제1보강층(30a)의 상부에 적층되어 나무무늬를 표출하기 위한 천연무늬목층(40)과;
    상기 천연무늬목층(40)의 파손을 방지하기 위해 코팅되는 UV코팅층(50);을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 강도가 향상된 마루판.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 기재층(20)의 결합수단은,
    폭방향과 길이방향의 일측단면에는 결합돌기가 형성되어 있고, 상기 폭방향과 길이방향의 타측단면에는 상기 결합돌기와 대응되는 결합홈이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 강도가 향상된 마루판.
