Claims (5)
- 투입된 폐기물을 플라즈마에 의해 고온으로 열적 처리하는 반응로(1), 상기 반응로(1)에서 배출된 가스로 2차 산성가스 제거장치(8)에서 배출된 가스를 가열하는 열교환기(5), 상기 열교환기(5)에서 배출된 가스와 1차 산성가스 제거장치(7)에서 배출된 가스를 혼합하는 혼합기(6), 상기 혼합기(6)에서 혼합되어 나온 가스에서 산성가스 성분을 일차적으로 제거하는 1차 산성가스 제거장치(7), 상기 1차 산성가스 제거장치(7)에서 배출된 가스 중에서 반응을 일으키지 않고 남은 산성가스 성분을 이차적으로 제거하는 2차 산성가스 제거장치(8), 및 상기 1차 및 2차 산성가스 제거장치(7,8)에 알칼리용액을 공급하도록 되어 있는 알칼리용액 저장탱크(20)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마를 이용한 병원폐기물 및 중금속함유 유해폐기물의 열적 처리장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 반응로(1)는 투입된 폐기물 중 유기물을 열분해시키는 열분해챔버(2), 상기 열분해챔버(2)에서 열분해되고 남은 소각회를 용융시키는 용융챔버(3), 상기 열분해챔버(2) 내의 유기물을 열분해시키고 상기 용융챔버(3)에서 소각회를 용융시키도록 용융챔버(3) 위쪽에 설치되어 있는 플라즈마 토치(12), 및 상기 열분해챔버(2)에서 발생된 열분해 가스를 완전 연소시키는 2차 연소챔버(4)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마를 이용한 병원폐기물 및 중금속함유 유해폐기물의 열적 처리장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 반응로(1)에는 상기 2차 연소챔버(4)의 출구측과 연결된 채널(24)이 바닥면에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 채널(24)의 상단에는 상기 채널(24)을 통과하는 2차연소가스에 의해 상기 폐기물 투입장치(9)로부터 투입되는 폐기물을 예열할 수 있도록 금속판(11)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마를 이용한 병원폐기물 및 중금속함유 유해폐기물의 열적 처리장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 용융챔버(3)로부터 슬래그가 배출되는 슬래그 배출용 구멍(14)에는 보조용 토치(27)가 더 설치될수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마를 이용한 병원폐기물 및 중금속함유 유해폐기물의 열적 처리장치.
- 반응로에 공급되는 폐기물중 유기물질은 열분해챔버(2)에서 열분해되고 2차연소챔버(4)에서 완전연소하면서 발생하는 열량으로 금속판(11)을 가열함으로써 폐기물을 예열시킨 다음 가스청정장치를 거쳐 외부로 배출되고, 무기물질은 용융챔버(3)에서 용융슬래그화하여 외부로 배출되도록 한 공정을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마를 이용한 병원폐기물 및 중금속함유 유해폐기물의 열적 처리방법.
