Claims (3)
- 피멸균물(11)을 넣을 수 있는 반응용기(10); 이 반응용기(10)와 떨어진 원격지에 서로 유통되도록 연결되고 내부에 한 쌍의 전극이 마련된 플라즈마 발생용기(20); 상기 반응용기(10)에 연결 설치되고 반응용기(10) 및 플라즈마 발생용기(20) 내부의 공기를 빼내어 진공으로 형성시킬 수 있는 진공펌프(14); 상기 플라즈마 발생용기(20)의 전극 중 한쪽(캐소우드)에 임피던스 매칭조절기(42)와 임피던스 매칭회로(44)를 통해 연결된 고주파전력 공급원(40); 상기 플라즈마 발생용기(20)와 유통되도록 연결되고 플라즈마 발생용의 멸균제를 기화시켜 주입하는 주입가열기(30)가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 멸균장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 발생용기(20)의 전극간격은 작은 용량의 고주파전력 공급원(40)으로도 고밀도의 플라즈마를 발생시킬 수 있도록 0.5∼40㎝로 근접 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 멸균장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응용기(10)와 플라즈마 발생용기(20)의 내부압력을 조절할 수 있도록 반응용기(10)와 플라즈마 발생용기(20)사이 및 이 반응용기(10)와 진공펌프(14)사이에 자동압력조절밸브(23a,23b)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 멸균장치.
