Description
기존의 공법은 토목공사중에서 옹벽공사를 수행함에 있어 성토지역 및 절토지역 공사에서 콘그리트옹벽, 보강토 옹벽, 자연석축 옹벽등 많은 옹벽 시공공법이 있었으나 기존의 현장 시공공법은 집중폭우시 배수가 잘안되어서 옹벽이 불어나거나 붕괴되는 사태가 여름이나 동절기에도 자주 있어 왔다. 특히 최근에는 숙련공의 부족으로 품질저하와 공기지연, 인건비의 상승으로 시공비의 증가등은 전문건설업체의 부실화의 원인이 되어 왔다.In the existing construction method, there are many retaining wall construction methods such as concrete retaining wall, reinforced earth retaining wall, natural stone retaining wall, etc. Retaining walls collapse or collapse often in summer or winter. 본 제재목 조경옹벽의 주된 특징은 시각적인 면에서 자연친화적일 뿐만 아니라 친환경적이다. 제재목 조경옹벽은 절토면 또는 성토면의 경사지에 설치되는 각종 중력식 옹벽을 대체함에 있다. 본 제재목 조경옹벽시공은 규격품을 제재공장에서 대량생산 가공하여 품질보장 특히 현장시공이 쉬워 작업자의 안전한 신변보호와 숙련기능자가 아니더라도 간단한 시공법 숙지만으로도 시공이 가능하며 또한 시공효율성이 탁월하여 공기단축에 의한 원가절감에 있다. 시공시에는 옹벽후면의 경사각이 1:4로 적합하게 유지되도록하여 옹벽의 안전성을 기하고 옹벽(2m이상시)의 기초는 물수평기 등으로 확인하여 경사각을 유지한다. 후면바닥에는 기초트랜치를 터파기 하여 100mm 이상의 유공관을 설치하여 배수와 수분침투가 되도록 유도한다. 기초판을 설치하고 세로목과 가로목을 600mm 쎈터간격으로 조립설치한다.(#형으로)2m 이상의 조경옹벽은 하중을 고려하여 600mm 쎈터간격 사이에 보조목을 추가로 설치한다. 두번째(2단높이)가로,세로목의 조립(높이 약 30cm)후에는 반드시 배수가 잘되는 100mm 내외의 자갈로 채움하여 다짐한다. 상부덥개는 녹이 슬지않는 아연도금의 못등으로 고정시킨다. 설계시부터 구조계산에 까지 기초콘크리트 설치여부 및 규격을 조절하여 시공하면 미려하고 안정된 조경옹벽이 될것이다. 내구성에서는 목재의 재질 및 방부처리의 기술에 의거하여 내구기간이 결정될것이며 최저 10년에서 50년 이상의 내구성이 요구되는 작업장은 표준규격 KS M1701(목재방부재)및 국제규격에 의거하여 방부처리된 방부목을 사용해야 한다. 방부처리대상 목재는 용도, 희망하는 내용년수, 목재함수율, 방부처리환경, 방부처리비용, 방부제의 종류등을 고려하되 H-2 - H-5의 환경에는 가압 방부재의 사용을 원칙으로 한다.The main feature of this timber landscape retaining wall is not only visually friendly but also environmentally friendly. 옹벽하부에는 각종 넝쿨식물이나 화초를 심어 아름답고 자연적인 분위기를 연출할수 있으며, 상부에는 적당한 조경으로 분위기를 더할것이다. 지방 도로등 인적이 드물고 시공원가를 절감시키고저 할 경우에는 주변 임야중 낙엽송등의 벌목재를 절단하여사용(가공하면 더욱좋음)하여 아스팔트등을 도색하여(방부처리) 설치 기공할수 있으며 부식방지를 위해 금속제 보다는 비철금속의 못등을 사용한다.In the lower part of the retaining wall, various vines and flowers can be planted to create a beautiful and natural atmosphere.
