Claims (8)
- 제1면 및 제2 면 사이의 제1 방향으로 연신된 강철 스트립을 포함하는 이동작업면과 연동하는 자기조정 블레이드에 있어서,상기 스트립은 상기 작업면과 접촉하기 위해 상기 제1면을 따라 모서리 부분을 가지며,상기 모서리 부분은 상기 스트립의 나머지 부분의 경도를 초과하는 경도로 경화되며,저 내마모성 원료의 코팅은 적어도 작업면과 접촉하는 부분상에서 상기 모서리 부분의 거의 모든 부분을 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 조정 블레이드.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 강철 스트립은 약 400 내지 600 HV의 경도로 경화된 저합금강으로 구성되며,상기 모서리 부분은 약 700 내지 900 HV의 경도로 더 경화되는 자기 조정 블레이드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저 내마모성 원료는 약 100 내지 600 HV의 경도를 갖는 자기 조정 블레이드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강철 스트립은 하기 조성(중량%)을 갖는 냉간 경화되고 연화된 스트립으로 구성되는 자기 조정 블레이드:C0.46 - 0.70;Si0.2 - 1.5;Mn0.1 - 2.0;Cr1.0 - 6.0;Mo0.5 - 5;V0.5 - 1.5;B≤ 0.01;Ni≤ 1.0;Nb≤ 0.2.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 원료는 순수한 금속, 합금, 산화물, 중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 자기 조정 블레이드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 원료는 4%이하의 O2를 함유하는 몰리므덴, Ni- 또는 Co-기제 합금, Cu-기제 합금, AlSi/폴리에스테르 블렌드 또는 Co-기제 중합체 블렌드 또는 스테인레스강으로부터 선택되는 자기 조정 블레이드.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 원료가 구리-알루미늄 합금으로 구성되는 자기 조정 블레이드.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모서리 부분에 경사면이 제공되어 있는 자기 조정 블레이드.
