Abstract

PURPOSE: A natural soil improver comprising foamed perlite, foamed vermiculite and kaolin is provided to remove bad smell, to purify polluted water, to neutralize acidified soil and help the growth of plants. CONSTITUTION: The soil improver having high adsorption is composed of 35-45wt.% of foamed perlite for promotion of plant growth, 50-60wt.% of vermiculite with adsorbing property to remove bad smells, and 5-15wt.% of kaolin, wherein the foamed perlite and vermiculite are obtained by heating the minerals(0.1-0.8mm) to 700-1300deg.C rapidly.
