Abstract

PURPOSE: A trowel with a level is provided to recognize whether a floor is level, therefore to shorten and simplify the process of applying mortar to floors. CONSTITUTION: The trowel with a level is composed of a horizontal level(1), a vertical level(2), a handle(3) and a main body. The horizontal level(1) is attached to the handle(3) of a trowel perpendicular to the vertical level(2), therefore a user is able to check whether or not the surface of applied cement mortar is level. Especially, in case of sloped floor, a user is able to recognize the surface angle of applied mortar through the levels, consequently the time of construction is substantially shortened and a close examination and the precision construction are guaranteed.

본 제품은 건축 현장에서 이루어 지는 세멘트 몰탈의 바름에 대하여, 보다 정확하고 쉽게 수평과 수직면을 맞춰 공사할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 예전의 흙손은 단지 바르는 것에만 기능이 맞춰져 있고 수평이나 수직면이 맞게 되었는지를 알기 위해서는 수평기를 따로 사용하여 확인을 해야 했다. 그러한바 대개의 미장공들은 자신의 눈대중에 의존하여 바름공사를 해 나가고 있으며, 발주자의 요구나 자신의 의지로 보다 잘 바르기 위해서는 바르는 도중 마르지도 않은 몰탈면 위에 별도의 수평기를 대고 확인하고, 확인 도중 생긴 수평기 자국을 지워 가며 공사를 해야 했다. 또한 하수구가 있는 바닥의 바름공사에서는 하수구 방향으로의에 경사면의 불확실성으로 물매가 제대로 잡히지 않아 물이 하수구로 빠지지 않고 바닥에 고이는 경우가 많이 일어나고 있다.This product is to make it possible to construct the horizontal and vertical planes more precisely and easily with respect to the cement mortar applied at the construction site. 수직기를 부착함으로 해서 세멘트 몰탈의 바름공사에서 별도의 수평기가 없이도 흙손으로 바르면서, 손잡이에 달린 수평기로 수시로 수평을 확인하여 보다 빠르고 정확하게 공사를 할 수 있다는 것 이다. 또한 하수구가 있는 바닥의 바름공사에서도 바닥의 어느 곳에서고 하수구로의 경사가 잘 이루어 졌는지를 바르는 도중 흙손을 바닥에 놓아 보는 것 만으로 손잡이에 있는 수평기를 봄으로해서 정확히 알 수 있다는 것 이다.By attaching a vertical machine, it is possible to make construction faster and more precisely by applying the trowel in the cement construction of the cement mortar without using a separate leveler. 본 제품의 구성은 바르는 흙손에 수평과 수직을 보기위한 현재 일반적으로사용하는 수평기에 이용되는 공기담긴 밀봉된 물대롱을 바름판과 수평과 수직이 되게 부착하였다.The construction of this product is a horizontally and vertically attached airtight sealed water basin which is used for leveling machine which is generally used for horizontal and vertical to apply horizontal trowel.
