Claims (3)
- 투명성 절연 기판;상기 기판 상에 단위 화소를 한정하도록 교차 배열된 수 개의 게이트버스라인과 데이터버스라인;상기 단위 화소 내에 해당 게이트버스라인과 최대한 이격하면서 평행하게 배열된 공통버스라인;상기 게이트버스라인과 데이터버스라인의 교차부에 배치된 박막트랜지스터;상기 단위 화소 내에 배치되며, 투명도전막으로 이루어진 제1 및 제2플레이트 전극으로 구성된 카운터전극; 및상기 카운터전극 상부에 절연막의 개재하에 배치되며, 투명도전막으로 이루어진 제1 및 제2브렌치 전극으로 구성된 화소전극을 포함하며,상기 카운터전극의 제1플레이트 전극과 제2플레이트 전극은 상기 공통버스라인 또는 박막트랜지스터의 어느 하나와 각각 전기적으로 콘택되고, 상기 화소전극의 제1브렌치 전극과 제2브렌치 전극은 상기 제1플레이트 전극 또는 제2플레이트 전극이 콘택되지 않은 상기 공통버스라인 또는 박막트랜지스터의 어느 하나와 각각 전기적으로 콘택되며,상기 화소전극의 제1브렌치 전극 및 제2브렌치 전극 각각은 소정 개의 브렌치들을 포함하고, 상기 브렌치들 중에서 가장자리에 배치된 브렌치는 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스 필드 스위칭 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 경사진 브렌치는 상기 절연막의 제거에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스 필드 스위칭 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 브렌치 전극은 2개 또는 3개의 브렌치들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크로스 필드 스위칭 모드 액정표시장치.
