광섬유케이블과 전선케이블을 하나로 구성하여 통신선 및 전력선으로 사용
(2) 발명의 목적
통신선(광케이블)과 전선을 하나로 통합된 제품을 만들어 사용하기 편리하고 설치비용을 절감하는데 목적이 있음.
(3) 발명의 구성
광케이블선은 원재료인 광섬유에 1차 JACKETING하고 JACKETING된 제품과 전력선에 인장성을 높이기 위해 Aramid-Yarn을 투입하여 2차 JACKETING한다.
(4) 발명의 효과
1.설치비용이 저렴하다.
2.다른 통신선 및 전력선의 connector와의 연결이 용이하다.
3.Handling이 쉽다.
4.근거리통신망 뿐만 아니라 장거리에도 이용 가능하다.

Description

광섬유 및 전선 통합케이블{OPTICAL FIBER ＆ WIRE UNIFICATION CABLE}
기존에는 광섬유 및 전선 케이블이 동시에 필요시 별도로 설치해야 하므로 비용이 많이 들고 다루기가 불편함.
통신선(광케이블)과 전선이 통합된 케이블을 제조하는데 있음.
제1도는 통합케이블의 평면도
제2도는 통합케이블의 종단면도
광케이블선은 원재료인 광섬유에 1차 JACKETING하고 JACKETING된 제품과 전선에 인장력을 높이기 위하여 Aramid-Yarn을 투입하여 2차 JACKETING한다.

4.근거리통신망 뿐만 아니라 장거리에도 이용 가능하다.

  1. 근거리 통신망 뿐만 아니라 장거리에도 이용 가능한 옥내외용 통합케이블로 광케이블은 원재료인 광섬유에 1차 JACKETING하고 JACKETING된 제품과 전선에 Aramid-Yarn을 투입하여 2차 JACKETING한 제품을 설계, 제조까지를 범위로 한다.------------(독립항)
  2. 통합케이블의 구성 core수는 2 core에서 16core까지로 한다.
