Claims (3)
- 뚜껑이 달린 도가니를 제작하는 단계와,몰드플럭스 표준시료에 대하여 유리모양의 시편을 제조하는 단계와,상기 유리모양 시편의 강도를 측정하는 단계와,x축에는 표준시료의 표준분석값을 입력하고 y축에는 표준시료의 불소의 강도를 입력하여 y = ax + b의 검량선을 작성하는 단계와,미지시료의 강도를 측정하는 단계와,측정된 강도를 이용하여 상기 검량선과 비교하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 형광X선을 이용한 몰드플럭스 중의 불소 함량 분석 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리모양의 시편을 제조하는 단계가,상기 도가니에 융제, 탈포제, 및 몰드플럭스 표준시료를 혼입하는 단계와,뚜껑을 덮은 다음 1350℃ 전기로에서 정확히 10분간 유지하여 내용물을 용융시키는 단계와,상기 도가니를 약간 흔들면서 전기로에서 도가니를 꺼내는 단계와,상기 도가니를 상온에서 방치하여 냉각시킨 후, 뚜껑을 열고 도가니를 거꾸로 세워 내용물을 추출하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 형광X선을 이용한 몰드플럭스 중의 불소 함량 분석 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도가니의 재질이 백금 95%와 금 5%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 형광X선을 이용한 몰드플럭스 중의 불소 함량 분석 방법.
