Abstract

PURPOSE: An anti-bending structure is provided to prevent a side gate from getting bent by building a reinforcing iron plate in the center of the side gate to be settled in the fixing frame of the floor with the operation of a hydraulic cylinder and catching portion. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing iron plate(2) is built in the center of a side gate(1), movable up and down. The reinforcing iron plate has rods(3,4) projected to the either side and a hydraulic cylinder(5) is connected to the rods while a return spring is installed between the rods and the floor. The reinforcing iron plate is built on the outer wall of the side gate with a fixing frame(8) settled in the outer part of the floor. The hydraulic cylinder is linked to the master cylinder(10) with the hydraulic hose(9) and the master cylinder is geared by a catch portion(11) of the loading container. The side gate is fixed on the floor(6) by four hinges(12).
