Claims (6)
- 열간압연한 강판을 열연코일로 권취하고 냉각하는 방법에 있어서,상기 권취한 열연코일을 다수개 정렬하는 단계,정렬된 각 열연코일의 양 측면의 하측부에 근접하여 설치된 노즐로 코일 각 측면의 상측부에 냉각수를 분사하여 냉각하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 열연코일의 냉각방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 정렬되는 열연코일은 최초정렬코일과 최후 정렬코일의 권취시간의 차이를 2시간 이내로 하고, 냉각수의 분사는 열연코일의 온도가 80~100℃의 범위내에서 종료하고 상온까지 자연공냉함을 특징으로 하는 열연코일의 냉각방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐은 코일의 양쪽 측면에 각각 2개씩 4개의 노즐을 설치하여 코일측면에 중공의 내경과 외경이 이루는 영역중에서 코일의 하단으로 부터 1/3이상의 상부에 분사함을 특징으로 하는 열연코일의 냉각방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 노즐은 코일의 중심으로부터 코일의 반지름(r) 거리의 지점(a)에서 5/4r지점(b)의 이루는 좌측영역과 우측영역에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연코일의 냉각방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 노즐은 지면과 이루는 각도 (θ1, y축과 z축의 각도)와, 냉각수배관에서 노즐이 이동한 각도 (θ2, x축과 y축이 이루는 각도)는 각각 75±5˚임을 특징으로 하는 열연코일의 냉각방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각수는 코일당 16 - 20ℓ/min의 유량으로 35~40˚의 분사각도(θ3)로 분사함을 특징으로 하는 열연코일의 냉각방법.
