Claims (12)
- 내연기관의 배기 통로에 개재 장착되고, 소정의 배기압 조건 아래에서 배기중의 유해 물질을 저감 가능한 배기 정화 수단과,상기 배기중의 특정 배기 성분의 농도를 검출하는 배기 센서와,상기 배기 센서의 출력에 의거하여, 상기 소정의 배기압조건이 채워지지 않은 것을 검출 함으로써 상기 배기 정화 수단의 성능 저하를 판정하는 성능 저하 판정 수단과,를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 배기 정화 수단은, 배기 통로의 유로 면적을 조절 가능한 배기 유동 제어 밸브를 포함하고,상기 성능 저하 판정 수단은, 상기 배기 유동 제어 밸브의 이상을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 성능 저하 판정 수단은, 상기 배기 센서로부터의 출력과 기준압하에 있어서의 동일 배기 성분 농도에서의 목표 출력을 비교하는 것으로 상기 배기 정화 수단의 성능 저하를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 성능 저하 판정 수단은, 상기 배기 센서로부터의 배기 성분 농도가 다른 복수의 출력과 기준압하에 있어서의 상기 각 배기 성분 농도에서의 복수의 목표 출력과의 관계에 의거하여 상기 배기 정화 수단의 성능 저하를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 배기 센서는, 2이상의 배기 성분 농도를 검출하는 특성을 가지고, 배기공연비가 린공연비 일 때에 적어도 하나의 특정 배기 성분의 농도를 검출하고, 리치공연비 일 때에 다른 특정 배기 성분의 농도를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 배기 정화 수단은 배기 후 처리 장치이며,상기 성능 저하 판정 수단은, 상기 배기 후 처리 장치의 재생의 필요와 불필요를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 성능 저하 판정 수단은, 내연기관의 운전 상태 및 상기 특정의 배기 성분 농도에 의거하여 상기 배기 후 처리 장치의 재생의 필요와 불필요를 판정하는 판정치를 설정하고, 상기 배기 센서의 출력과 상기 판정치를 동일한 운전 상태 또한 동일 배기 성분 농도로 비교해서 상기 배기 후 처리 장치의 재생의 필요와 불필요를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 배기 센서는 O2센서인 동시에 상기 배기 후 처리 장치는 흡장형 NOx 촉매를 포함하고,상기 성능 저하 판정 수단은, 상기 흡장형 NOx 촉매로부터 NOx를 방출시킬 수 있도록 배기공연비를 리치공연비로 할 때, 상기 배기 후 처리 장치의 재생의 필요와 불필요를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 성능 저하 판정 수단은, 내연기관의 운전 상태에 의거하여, 상기 배기 후 처리 장치의 미사용시의 기준 배기압하에 있어서의 목표 출력을 설정하는 동시에, 상기 배기 후 처리 장치의 재생의 필요와 불필요를 판정하는 판정치를 배기 성분 농도에 따라서 설정하고, 상기 배기 센서의 출력과 상기 목표 출력과의 편차가 동일한 운전 상태 또한 동일 배기 성분 농도로 상기 판정치를 넘으면, 상기 배기 후 처리 장치의 재생이 필요하다고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 배기 센서는 리니어공연비 센서이며,상기 성능 저하 판정 수단은, 상기 리니어공연비 센서를 이용한 내연기관의 공기 과잉율에 의거한 연료 분사량의 피드백 제어중에 있어서 배기공연비가 린공연비 일 때, 상기 배기 후 처리 장치의 재생의 필요와 불필요를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 배기 센서는 리니어공연비센서이며,상기 성능 저하 판정 수단은, 상기 리니어공연비센서를 이용한 배기 환류량의 피드백 제어중에 있어서 배기공연비가 린공연비 일 때, 상기 배기 후 처리 장치의 재생의 필요와 불필요를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 배기 센서는 리니어공연비센서인 동시에 함께 상기 배기 후 처리 장치는 흡장형 NOx 촉매를 포함하고,상기 성능 저하 판정 수단은, 상기 흡장형 NOx 촉매로부터 NOx를 방출시키도록 배기공연비를 리치공연비로 할 때, 상기 배기 후 처리 장치의 재생의 필요와 불필요를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
