우리나라 농산부산물 발생량은 매년 900만톤 정도이며 유기성폐기물의 발생량은 약 3억톤으로서 그 양은 증가추세에 있어 환경오염의 요인이 되고 있다. 특히 시설채소 재배지는 강우가 차단된 상태에서 연중 다기작으로 장기간 재배하게 되며 화학비료와 농약을 과도하게 사용하여 지력이 약화되고 염류가 집적되어 생육이 저해되며 안전성이 낮아지는 문제가 발생되고 있다.The amount of agricultural by-products generated in Korea is about 9 million tons per year, and the amount of organic waste generated is about 300 million tons, which is a factor of environmental pollution. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위한 것으로서 농산부산물로 유기 액체비료를 만들어 사용함으로써 시설재배에서 많이 사용하게 되는 화학비료와 농약 사용량을 줄이면서 안전하고 당도가 높은 고품질의 고추를 생산하는데 목적이 있다.The present invention is to improve the above problems by using an organic liquid fertilizer made by agricultural by-products to reduce the amount of chemical fertilizers and pesticides used in facility cultivation, while producing a safe and high sugar high quality pepper.

농산부산물중 액비로 사용할 수 있는 자재는 계분, 어분, 골분, 쌀겨, 대두박 등이 있으며 이들 농산부산물 자재의 이화학성은 <표 1>과 같으며 각각의 자재를 발효하여 제조한 액체비료의 이화학성은 <표 2>와 같이 어분, 골분과 대두박에는 질소가 많고 계분, 쌀겨 및 대두박에는 인산, 칼리, 석회 및 고토성분이 많으나 이들 각각의 액체비료는 영양분이 과다하거나 부족하지만 이들을 선택적으로 적당량 배합한 본 발명의 액체비료는 영양분이 균형을 이루고 있음을 알수 있다.Among the agricultural by-products, materials that can be used as liquid fertilizer include gye flour, fish meal, bone meal, rice bran, soybean meal, etc. The physicochemical properties of these agricultural by-products are shown in <Table 1>. 수분 10.9%로 건조시킨 계분 25㎏, 수분 9.3%의 쌀겨 12.5㎏, 수분 12.7%의 대두박 12.5㎏을 배합하고 이 배합물을 물 200ℓ로 희석한 후 400ℓ 발효조 탱크에 넣고 50일동안 직사광선을 피한 상온에서 혐기성발효시켜 액체비료를 제조하며 고추에 시비할 때는 제조한 액체비료를 물로 10배 희석하여 고추를 심은 후 14일부터 7일간격으로 시비한다.25 kg of dried flour with 10.9% moisture, 12.5 kg of rice bran with 9.3% moisture, and 12.5 kg of soybean meal with 12.7% moisture are diluted with 200 L of water and put into a 400 L fermenter tank at room temperature for 50 days. 본 발명에서와 같이 계분 50중량%, 쌀겨 25중량%, 대두박 25중량%의 배합물로 제조한 액체비료로 고추에 시비하여 재배하였을 경우 화학비료와 시판액체비료를 고추에 시비하여 재배하였을 경우보다 고추의 주경경, 분지수, 건물율 등이 높았으며(<표 3>), 고추의 매운맛 성분인 캡사이신(Capsaicin) 함량이 26.4㎎/100g으로 화학비료와 시판액체비료를 고추에 시비하여 재배하였을 경우보다 낮았고 당도에 있어서는 10°Brix로 높아(<표 4>) 감칠 맛이 나는 고추를 생산할 수 있었으며 또 <표 5>에서와 같이 고추 수량 지수는 화학비료를 시비하여 재배한 경우를 100%로 보았을 때 본 발명의 액체비료를 시비하여 재배한 경우가 101.4%로 시판 액체비료를 시비하여 재배하였을 경우보다 높았다. 또한 각각의 비료를 시비한 후의 토양 이화학성을 살펴보면 본 발명의 액체비료를 고추에 시비하여 재배하였을 경우가 화학비료와 시판액체비료를 고추에 시비하여 재배하였을 경우보다 전기전도도 (EC(Electric Conductivity)가 낮았으며 양이온치환용량(CEC)은 높아 토양이화학성을 개선시킴을 알 수 있었다.(<표 6>)As in the present invention, when fertilized with red pepper as a liquid fertilizer prepared from a blend of 50% by weight, 25% by weight of rice bran, and 25% by weight of soybean meal, pepper and chemical liquid fertilizer were fertilized with red pepper than when fertilized with red pepper. 농가에서 버려지는 농산부산물을 재활용하여 유기질 액체비료로 이용함으로써 환경오염의 원인을 제거하고 화학비료 시용량을 줄일 수 있어 비용을 절감하며 고추를 재배할 때 본 발명의 유기질 액제비료를 시용하면 수확량이 많고 고추의 매운맛이 적은 반면 당도가 높고 안전성이 있어 품질이 좋을 뿐 아니라 특히 시설재배에서 문제점으로 되고 있는 토양중의 전기전도도(Electric Conductivity)가 화학비료 2.20dS/m, 시판액체비료 2.3dS/m 에 비하여 본 발명의 액체비료는 1.4dS/m 로 약 40% 낮아지고, 양이온치환용량(CEC)은 화학비료 10.50cmol(+)/kg, 시판 액체비료 14.00cmol(+)/kg에 비하여 본 발명의 액체비료는 20.00cmol(+)/kg 으로 약 39% 높아져 토양이화학성 개선에 효과적이다.By recycling agricultural by-products discarded in farmhouses and using them as organic liquid fertilizers, it is possible to eliminate the causes of environmental pollution and reduce the amount of chemical fertilizers, thereby reducing costs, and when the organic liquid fertilizers of the present invention are used when growing red pepper, The pepper's spicy taste is high but its sugar content and safety are not only good quality but also the electrical conductivity of soil which is a problem in plant cultivation is 2.20dS / m for chemical fertilizer and 2.3dS / m for commercial liquid fertilizer.
