Abstract

본 고안은 유아의 안전을 위하여 자동차 좌석에 장착하여 사용하는 유아용 카시트에 관한 것으로,
더 상세하게는 본체(10)에 공기를 주입하고 뺄수있는 튜브타입으로 구성된 유아용카시트에 관한 것이다.
공기가 주입된 튜브타입 유아용카시트 본체(10)를 등받이판(20)에 안착한후 카시트안전벨트(30,40)와 고정벨트(50)를 장착하여 등받이 각도조절(도 8)이 가능한 유아용카시트로 사용하고, 미 사용시는 공기주입구(15)의 뚜껑을 열어 공기를 뺀후(도2g-3) 접어보관(도 7)이 가능한 구조로서,
충돌시 튜브타입 본체의 탄성으로 인하여 충격을 완화 시켜줄수 있고 유사시 인명구조용 튜브로도 활용할수 있어 매우 편리하게 사용할수 있는 다용도기능의 튜브타입 유아용카시트 구조이다.

Description

튜브타입 유아용 카시트 {Car Seat for Baby}
본 고안은 유아의 안전을 위하여 자동차에 사용하는 유아용카시트에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 공기를 주입하고 뺄 수 있는 튜브타입의 유아용카시트로 사용하지 않을 시는 카시트본체(10)의 공기주입구(15)에서 공기를 빼고 접은상태로 보관(도 7)이 가능토록 구성된 편리한 유아용카시트 구조이다.
종래의 유아용카시트 구조는 전체가 프라스틱 골격 위에 천을 덮어 씌운 형태로서 사용하지 않을 시에도 차량 좌석하나 전체의 공간을 차지하고 있어, 트렁크 공간이 확보되지 않는 상태에서 5인승 승용차를 성인 5명탑승이 불가능하였다.
또한 트렁크에 공간을 확보하여 보관한다 할지라도 유아용카시트가 트렁크공간 대부분을 차지하여 다른 물건의 적재가 거의 불가능하였다.
뿐만 아니라 카시트 전체가 딱딱한 프라스턱 재질로서 충돌시 완충 작용없이 그대로 신체에 전달되며 그중량 또한 무거워 장,탈착시 매우 불편함은 물론 유아수면시 등받이를 뒤로 젖혀야 하는데 뒤로 젖혀지지 않는 구조적 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 지금까지는 보관이 편리하고 충돌시 충격을 완화시켜주며 유사시 인명구조용 튜브는 물론 물놀이용 튜브로도 사용할 수 있으며 그 중량이 매우 가볍고 등받이가 뒤로 젖혀지는 유아용카시트의 구조는 없었다.
본 고안은 종래의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 일상적으로 몸체 전체를 프라스틱 재질을 사용하는 유아용 카시트 몸체구조를 부피의 가변성을 위하여 본체(10)는 튜브타입으로 형성시키고 강도가 필요로한 등받이판(20)은 프라스틱 재질로 구성하였다.
유아용카시트의 경우 안전벨트(40)가 등받이부에 장착되어 있어 정면충돌시 등받이부가 앞쪽으로 굽어지는 현상이 발생됨에 따라 그를 방지하고,
차량좌석에 장착시 차량자체에 부착된 안전벨트로 고정시킴에 따라 뒷면 등받이판이 일정정도의 강도를 요함에 따라 딱딱한 프라스틱 재질을 사용하고, 본체(10)는 부피의 가변을 위하여 공기를 빼고 넣을수 있는 튜브형태의 구조를 채택하였다.
유아 취침중 차량이동시 등받이 각도조절(도 8)을 위하여 본체등받이(11)와 시트하부(13)를 분리 구성시켜 차량좌석 등받이와 함께 눕혀 각도조절이 가능토록 하였다.
공기 주입 및 제거시 편리성을 위하여 분리 구성된 본체등받이(11)와 시트하부(13)를 공기유출, 입이 가능토록 공기흐름통로(14)를 형성시켜 하나의 공기 주입구(15)로 공기유출, 입이 가능토록 하였다.
등받이 각도조절(도 8)이 용이하고 미사용 보관시 부피축소(도 7)를 위하여 등받이판(20)의 두께를 낮게 구성하였다.
유아용카시트 본체(10)와 등받이판(20)을 떼었다 붙였다 할수있도록 시트본체 뒷면(16)과 등받이판 앞면(22)에 접착판(의류,가방등에 사용하는 떼고 붙일 수 있는 찍찍이)을 부착하였다.
도 1은 본 고안의 분해사시도로 등받이판(20)에 카시트본체(10), 안전벨트(30,40), 고정벨트(50)가 조립되기 이전의 상태,
도 2는 본 고안 제품이 조립된 상태를 나타내는 도면으로,

도2g-1, 도2g-2, 도2g-3는 본체(10)에서 내부공기를 외부로 유출시키기 위해 공기주입 뚜껑을 열었을 때의 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.

본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 구체적으로 설명하면,
첨부된 도면중 도 1은 공기가 주입된 유아용카시트 본체(10), 프라스틱 등받이판(20), 안전벨트하(30), 안전벨트상(40), 고정벨트(50)가 결합되기 이전의 분해 사시도로,
유야용카시트의 본체(10)는 공기주입시 본래의 기능을 할 수 있고 공기배출시 그부피가 축소(도 7)되어 보관이 매우 용이토록 하기 위하여 공기주입,배출이 가능한 튜브타입으로 구성한후,
등받이가 뒤로 젖혀지게(도9) 하기 위하여 본체등받이(11)와 시트하부(13)가 일체형이면서도 접고 펼수있도록 분리시켰으며, 팔걸이(12)는 안정성을 고려하여 완전히 관통시킨 접합구조를 채택하였다.
편리한 공기주입 및 배출을 위하여 시트하부 측면에 공기주입구(15)를 장착한후 시트하부(13)와 본체등받이(11)는 분리되어 있지만 양방향에서 공기흐름이 가능하도록 통로(14)를 형성시켜 공기주입구(15) 하나로 주입과 배출이 가능토록 하였다.
등받이판(20)은 유아용카시트의 안전벨트 등방향 장착과, 차량좌석 장착을 위하여 차량용안전벨트고정대(23-3), 안전벨트고정부(23-2), 고정벨트고정부(23-1), 차량안전벨트로 차량좌석에 장착하기 위한 삼각(△)홈을 구성하였으며, 안전벨트상(30),하(40)크램프는 원터치로 체결,분리토록 하였으며,
조립시는 카시트본체(10)를 등받이판(20)에 올려놓고 안전벨트 관통공(11-1)을 등받이판 안전벨트관통공(21)에 일치시킨후 뒤로 밀착시키면 밀착판(16,22)에 의해 등받이판과 카시트본체가 부착되고,
안전벨트하(30)를 벨트관통공(13-1)에 삽입시킨후 잡아당겨 등받이판 아래면의 안전벨트하 고정부(23-2) 고정시키고, 고정벨트(50)를 고정벨트고정부(23-1)에 고정시키고 안전벨트상의 고정벨트결합부(43)를 안전벨트관통공(11-1,21)을 통과시킨후 고정벨트 결림쇠(51)에 끼워넣으면 된다.
차량좌석에 장착시는 차량안전벨트를 삼각모양의 차량용안전벨트장착홈(24)을 통과시켜 기존제품과 동일하게 장착할수 있게 구성하였다.
시트본체 공기주입과 출입은 차량 시거잭에 연결시켜 사용가능한 DC모터가 장착된 에어펌프에 주입시는 공기주입용노들(62)을 공기배출시는 흡입용노즐(62)을 사용하여 편리하게 공기주입과 배출을 할수 있도록 하였다.
종래의 유아용카시트는 프라스틱으로 제작되어 있어 차량내부에서 사용여부와 상관없이 항상 그부피만큼의 공간을 차지하고 있어 유아가 사용하지 않을시에도한좌석을 차지하여 차량내부 공간의 효율성이 크게 떨어뜨렸을뿐만 아니라 무겁고 둔탁하였으며 편리한 장착과 탈착이 불가하였고,
차량후방 충돌시 딱딱한 프라스틱재질로 인하여 등방향에서 충격흡수가 전혀 불가능하였으며 등받이가 뒤로 젖혀지는 기능이 없었다
따라서 이를 개선한 본 발명은 시트본체를 튜브타입으로 형성시켜 필요시는 공기를 주입하여 사용하고 미 사용시는 공기를 배출시킨후 접어 보관(도8)하므로 차량 공간활용을 극대화 시킬수 있으며,
등받이가 뒤로(도9) 젖혀지므로 사용이 매우 편리하고, 유사시는 인명구조용 튜브나 물놀이용 튜브로도 활용할수 있으며, 장착하고 있는 상태에서 차량충돌시 충격을 완화시켜줄 수 있는 효과까지 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 차량운행시 유아의 안전을 위하여 차량좌석에 장착하는 유아용 카시트 구조에 있어서
    본체등받이(11), 시트하부(13), 팔걸이(12)로 구성되어 있는 시트본체(10)에 공기주입 및 배출이 가능하여 사용하지 않을 시는 공기를 배출한 후 접은 상태로 보관하고 사용시는 공기를 주입하여 본래의 기능인 유아용카시트로 사용할수 있는 튜브타입의 유아용 카시트 구조.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서
    본체(10)의 등받이(11)가 뒤로 젖혀지게 하기위한 각도 조절기능을 위하여 본체등받이(11)와 시트하부(13)가 일체형이면서도 접고 펼수있도록 분리 접합된 튜브타입 유아용카시트의 본체구조.
