본 고안에 따르면 종래의 완전 연소 장치 또는 배기가스 정화장치등이 엔진의 열을 이용하여 왔으나 승온 속도가 느리고 원하는 온도본포를 얻을 수 없기 때문에 완전 연소 및 배기가스 정화 효율이 크게 떨어지고 엔진 내부에 장착 범위가 한정되어 장착 하기가 까다로울 뿐 아니라 승온 될 때까지(엔진 시동후 약 30분 경과)는 아무런 실효를 거두지 못하는 등의 결점으로 소형 경량의 높은 WATT 밀도를 얻을 수 있고 승온 속도가 빠르며 원하는 온도분포를 얻을 수 있는 세라믹 히터를 내장하여 발생되는 히타 열을 이용하여 엔진의 완전 연소에 알맞은 공기만을 엔진의 흡입하는 과정으로 재투입 배출시켜 완전 연소 및 배기가스 정화를 증강 시키려는 것임.According to the present invention, the conventional complete combustion device or the exhaust gas purifier has used the heat of the engine, but since the heating rate is slow and the desired temperature main body cannot be obtained, the efficiency of the complete combustion and exhaust gas purification is greatly reduced and the mounting range inside the engine It is not only difficult to install, but also has the disadvantage of not being effective until the temperature is raised (about 30 minutes after starting the engine).
